The rooms are spacious and cleaned daily. The pool is huge and there's enough space for everyone. The women talk to you with a negative attitude, even the servers in the restaurant. The beach was wild and it's covered with seaweed. We couldn't get in the water because of it.

The hotel is in need of refurbishment, as the rooms feel quite outdated and would benefit from modernisation. The small pool was frequently unclean, and although I requested for it to be cleaned, it took over an hour before any action was taken. The gym is very limited, with old equipment—unfortunately, the treadmill was out of order throughout my entire two-week stay, which was disappointing given the already minimal facilities. While the cleaning staff were friendly and attentive, the service in the restaurant was disappointing, with staff displaying a poor attitude. Unfortunately, the front desk staff were not much more welcoming.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated. One of them even came to my room to show me how to use the shower, since the handle looked like it had been pulled out of the wall and wasn’t intuitive at all. Unfortunately, the water never really got hot, which made showering uncomfortable. The hotel itself is definitely outdated. A lot of the wood on the doors and in the hallways was cracked and worn down, which made the place feel run-down. It could really use some repairs and upgrades. The beach is nearby, which is nice, but during my stay it was covered in seaweed and not well maintained. Overall, while the staff made the best out of a tough situation, the hotel itself needs major renovations to justify the price. Wouldn’t stay again unless improvements are made.

Our room was nice, it had all the basics. It was in a room that linked with our children’s room which was nice with a small living room in between, enough for two people to sit comfortably and watch TV. There was a coffee machine in the room which was nice. The grounds could do with a little updating, they are not super modern but fine for our purposes and for a family holiday for a week it was disappointing that the Jacuzzi was not working on the balcony, it would be nice if the hotel was able to update those small things that would make the stay 10 times better the pool and the beach fund were very convenient and very nice, the kids enjoyed it and I would definitely return to the hotel again. The staff were great and very friendly and even chopped our sugarcane after an E bike tour which was very nice of them! I would definitely visit again.

Very disappointing resort, a terrible let down from the online pics. Resort is old and unkept. Need a total remodel. Nothing in the room work, TV did not work the whole time we were there, no one came to fix it. Hall way carpet is old and dirty. Closet door off the rail and wobbly. Sliding door to balcony are from the 70s they were so old it was stuck on the rail and could not close. Pool has algae along the walls the entire week we were there. 2 out of the 5 days water was shut off, the second time it happened they gave us bottled water for bathing. I would never recommend this resort to anyone. Also on our last day and just for the convenience we decided to do the breakfast buffet $35 us pp I guve it a minus 0. Scramble eggs bake beans with pork plaintsin chips and pork bacon white or brown bread ir minu crossants THATS it and an omlette station. We do not eat pork so we asked for chicken or turkey. We got 2 microwaved chicken hot dogs, we also asken for some potatoes we got 2 mini harsh browns. There was some oatmeat some fruits and dry cereal.

I was coming to this hotel every year before COVID… I stopped during COVID and now I’m back. Some things have changed.. the pool bar doesn’t appear to ever be open, there was so much seaweed on the beach and wasn’t cleaned until the day before I was leaving. It was smelly and bugs were all over it. Gross. The rooms are very dated and can use a fresh upgrade. I do see some renovations going on so I’m excited about that. I love this hotel with all of it flaws. I love the pool, the proximity to the beach. It’s a your fingertips, I love the boardwalk and the restaurants along it. Tapas was really good. Across the street you have other food choices. The doubles are soooo good. Now for the staff, they are pleasant but I do feel the bartenders can be more welcoming and friendly. I have to shout out Nicole, the manager who was amazing. She addressed my issues professionally and compassionately. After being scammed by a company called air travel / reservation desk posing as Expedia because Expedia doesn’t have their phone number on the app, I just couldn’t take anymore disappointment. Nicole turned my trip around. Thank you. Shout out to Gregory (smiley) for his beautiful smile and welcoming attitude. He should be a bartender. He would be amazing.
