O hotel é impecável. Todos os funcionários que falamos foram simpáticos, especialmente os do restaurante e os do café da manha, que inclusive era fantástico e os doces, um melhor que o outro. O hotel é lindo, o quarto tem uma sacada grande, com vista linda. A proposta é muito legal, mas o serviço deixou a desejar. O banheiro estava com muito cheiro de urina quando chegamos, a cama não estava arrumada (pasmem), estava somente com o lençol de baixo e minha filha dormiu em um sofá cama que também não estava arrumado. Na primeira noite, dormi sem a roupa de cama, não estava com roupas da trussardi como anunciado no site. Quando reclamei sobre a cama, a camareira falou que estava lavando e arrumaram apenas na segunda noite. Cobram R$200 POR DIA pelo pet e não deixaram o kit pet. Tive que solicitar e só entregaram na segunda noite. O café da manhã era bem servido, funcionários simpáticos. Já o jantar, teve um rodízio de japonês, logo que chegamos solicitamos temaki e falaram que tinha acabado. No outro dia, pedimos um peixe, veio totalmente sem tempero e cru. Resumo: a estrutura do hotel é maravilhosa, mas no momento, estão bem ruins de serviço, organização e treinamento de alguns funcionário. Uma pena!

A equipe é impecável e as acomodações também. Sofremos um pouquinho com a acústica do quarto por conta de outros hóspedes, mas a equipe foi super atenciosa e solícita para solucionar o problema. A hospedagem foi com meu bebê de 7 meses, tivemos apenas uma dificuldade com a acessibilidade para locomover o carrinho, mas a estrutura do apartamento foi incrível. Recebemos berço, banheira e todo o aparato para cuidar e oferecer conforto ao meu bebê. A praia próxima ao hotel é maravilhosa e o restaurante muito bom. Vale a pena demais. O único ponto negativo, como já pontuei, foi a acústica. Talvez se as janelas forem a prova de som, todos os problemas são resolvidos. Parabéns a todos que fazem parte da equipe.
