0 STARS- WILL NOT BE BACK!

Checked in after hours and had to wait 15 minutes before someone came to the front desk. The people in front of us were waiting at least 30 minutes. Our beds were not comfortable. The shower had weird anti-slip stickers on the tub that were half-peeled off and felt like sandpaper. The shower head looked rusty and dirty. The walls are thin and we heard one of our neighbor's dogs bark all night. We had a 12pm checkout and the cleaning crew knocked on our door at 9:30am and 10:30am and we told them both times that we had a noon checkout; not even 2 minutes after we told them the second time around that we were still there, we get a call from the front desk asking when we are leaving. Everything about this place was sketchy and I am so glad we didn't stay any longer.

Hotel is dirty It’s a fugazie….they sell it looking really good for the budget price point , but isn’t what the are selling. I’ve personally can adapt to these types of stays but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to others

Service elevator didn’t work and staff wasn’t too worried made everyone walk through stairs ….i had to walk 4 flight of stairs her comment was she didn’t have the keys to fix it. Tv in room didn’t work inform staff nothing they could do about it

The elevator didn’t work. We had a four-day stay and when we asked for extra towels, the woman at the front desk told us that she could not give us more than two towels being us four people (that didn’t make any sense). That they did not have room service and that if we wanted the room to be cleaned we had to do it ourselves and all this with an arrogant attitude.

We had a pleasant stay. The property was clean and so was the room. The only issue we had which wasn't a big deal is the exercise room's equipment wasn't good. Overall we enjoyed ourselves and had great customer service.

Not Ready to Provide Service

Did not stay after all. Upon arrival, had to call on phone to be let in to lobby. Upon time to check in, was informed that elevator was not working and only 4th floor was available. With my 76th old companion that had fallen that week, stairs were not even an option. The lady said she called to let me know. Which was an hour beforehand, she had not left a voicemail when asked. Basically. Hotel is just not ready to accommodate guests and provide good service to guest at this time.

My truck was broken into the first night we were there. The police came and made report and told us that this location is horrible because they don’t keep up there cameras and thieves know it. They also wouldn’t replace my window that was broken out. I will never stay there again!!

The location is in a good area! There are a lot of food places and stores to shop at nearby. My stay was good, but I only had an issue with the outside bugs. It wasn’t infested or anything, I only saw 2 bugs so I didn’t make a big deal about it but for the most part, they are clean!!!

Pésimo

Al llegar al hotel me entregaron una habitación sucia; el personal de limpieza simplemente no la hizo; el cuarto tenía comida, bebidas, baño sucio, etc. Era el único cuarto disponible y no había quien hiciera la limpieza. Tuvo que hacerla la señorita de recepción (muy amable por cierto) pero tuve que esperar a que lo hiciera. Las condiciones del hotel en general son muy malas, el elevador estaba muy sucio y huele muy mal. En general las condiciones del cuarto son deplorables. El olor a humedad es insoportable. Estuve buscando otras opciones sin suerte por las fechas de F1 en Austin. Le urge una remodelación y sobre todo personal de mantenimiento y limpieza. Absolutamente nada que ver las imágenes de la publicación con el estado real de esta propiedad. Si no la quieren pasar mal no se hospeden ahí.
