Ubicación conveniente cerca de la terminal; taxi al centro ~20 pesos. Instalaciones agradables. Pero el acceso y la atención fueron muy deficientes: el portón común funciona con PIN para abrir una puertita y sacar una llave física; si no te dan el PIN completo, no entras. Después de las 7 p.m. no hubo personal ni instrucciones por ningún medio; quedamos afuera con mi familia y pagamos otro hotel pese a tener dos noches ya cubiertas. Al día siguiente advertí el riesgo de que alguien se llevara la llave; aseguraron que “nunca pasa” y pasó: volvimos a quedarnos afuera y no respondieron teléfono ni redes. No lo recomiendo para familias ni para llegadas tarde. Si reservas, exige por escrito el PIN, instrucciones claras y un contacto 24/7 antes de pagar.

Escogí el estudio y obviamente al ser económico no es bonito, más q nada q el piso de la habitación está muy rayado y hace que se vea descuidado, pero vi las cabañas y están muy padres. La propiedad está prácticamente a lado de la nueva terminal de ADO. Los taxis al centro cobran solo $25 pesos.

Le concept nous a tout de suite attiré. Les photos nous fait pensé à un endroit calme, mais cela est complètement faux. En effet il se situe sur la route la plus passante jour et nuit de Bacalar. Ce lieu positionné sur un autre endroit serait merveilleux. Le personnel ne parle aucune autre langues que l'espagnol.

Personale gentilissimo, tutto molto pulito e sostenibile. Tende bellissime con ventilatore dentro ma serve poco si sta molto bene la notte. Bagni molto belli e puliti. La atención de las recepcionistas es buena, son amables, pero si quede decepcionada porque me quede en un remolque según dicen que yo lo escogí, pero no fue así, el remolque estaba pegado a la carretera y se escuchaba demasiado el ruido, casi no descansé. El glamping queda muy retirado del centro y de la laguna de Bacalar hay que usar taxi o caminar por lo menos unos 20 minutos o más.

Nunca nos proporcionaron la clave de wifi, no nos dieron atenciòn ni numero en caso de algun percance, ni con quien dirigirnos si algo salia mal en la estacia, el trato fue grosero, ademas las bicis q dicen ofrecer no las tienen en el sitio, hay q recogerlas lejos para lo cual es ilogico que ofrezcan en el sitio uso de ellas
