Really nice stay overall. The hotel is in a perfect central spot, but still quiet at night. My room was clean and had a warm, cozy feel. Staff were helpful — when I needed to send a package, they gave me directions and even helped with translation. Mornings on the terrace with black coffee and fresh bread were a great way to start the day.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The location is ideal—right in the heart of the city, which made it super easy to explore on foot. I had a little issue with my charger not working, and the night receptionist went out of their way to lend me a spare one—lifesaver. The breakfast was spot-on: nothing too fancy, just good toast, fruit, and the kind of strong coffee that clears your head. This place felt more like a home than a hotel. The team at the front desk helped us plan our city walks, gave insider tips, and even helped us order local food one night. Everyone was so kind and relaxed. Oh, and the location? Literally steps from everything. If you're a coffee addict like me, there's a perfect coffee for you. Breakfasts were delicious and filling, and they even remembered I liked eggs soft-boiled. A gem!

very nice hotel located in the central area of Tbilisi city, within walking distance you can reach, lot of museums, theater, cinema, casino, historical old town, etc. staff of the hotel is very friendly and accommodating, with a top class of hospitality which is main benefit of hotel, despite the fact that windows of our room was looking at the street and not at the garden, it was still very cozy and quiet. thank you for such a good hospitality and special thanks to reception girl, who has been waiting for us until late night, smoothly accommodated us, gave fast and easy instructions and went.

their check in at 2pm, the room wasn’t ready by that time so they let us wait around 40 mins. The staff weren’t friendly actually & not professional. Their room service only at morning, so if you need something at night as emergency, they would make u wait until morning because they don’t have evening shift. Breakfast buffet was simple & no staff to serve you if need anything. What im saying is what I saw, so in general It’s not 4 stars hotel.

Waste of money!

We couldn't check in til 3:30 even thought the official check-in time was 3PM. The entire floor we were on smelled like some old Eastern European cologne. The bed was hard as a rock, I woke up with back pain in the morning. Front desk was not friendly or helpful either. We booked for two nights but left after one because we couldn't deal with it anymore.

The location is nice. Few problems: noise isolation was poor, we heard everything what was happened in the next room. There was a bad smell in the bathroom, smell of sewage, and the ventilation in the bathroom was not working. The breakfast was very basic minus.
