The clerk stated that she had an email from Expedia saying our credit card was not accepted by Expedia as we did not have sufficient funds on our card. My phone was dead when we arrived so I agreed to return when charged. We went to the door in the morning prior to leaving to show our emails from Expedia to her but she did not answer. We had no emails from Expedia with this information. Further the information was not correct. We believed that if we had given our card again we would have been charged twice for the room.
