I am writing to express my disappointment following a recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below the standard I have come to expect, especially as a returning guest.
Due to a delayed train from Manchester, we arrived late into Euston at around 12am. While we were already exhausted from the journey, our hopes of getting some rest were completely dashed by loud music that continued throughout the night. It was near impossible to sleep, which made for a very uncomfortable and frustrating stay.
To make matters worse, although we paid for a Queen room, we were given what appeared to be a small double with a sofa bed – definitely not what we booked or expected. This added to the overall sense of dissatisfaction and poor value for money.
Having stayed at your hotel before, I was genuinely shocked by the decline in both the quality of the room and the service provided.
This experience was, quite frankly, ridiculous – and extremely disappointing. I would appreciate a response regarding this matter, and some form of compensation would be appropriate given the circumstances.
