It was terrible, my flight got delayed so I arrived at 1 am to the hotel but nobody was there for the check in and give me the key to my room. I ended up going to a different hotel, paying more, plus the commute, plus sleeping less hours

Check in was easy with no surprised deposit. My service animal was at ease and not looked at in any way due to breed. Location had gas stations and food not to far. Studio had big refrigerator and microwave along with hot top. Bed was super comfy. Would stay again and highly recommend.

I think the hotel is really good if I could change one thing is that they could do housekeeping a little bit more but other than that, it’s pretty cool

I've been here with my family for awhile. We are home hunting. On Feb 28th I was locked out of my room overnight because there is no night shift person available. I had to sleep in my car. Next morning, the two office people Guy and Lady met several people who were also stuck in the lobby for their lack of service, with no empathy and finger pointing. I was exhausted so I waited for the manager. She told me that no was Compensated and told me "give her a sec" and she never got back with me. I felt gaslighted and disregarded and lost my money for a comfortable night of sleep in my room. For safety reasons and comfort reasons that was unprofessional. Not to mention the roaches are outrageous. They should help pay for the stay it's so many of them. The staff is usually very kind and so is the manager but recently I had a horrible experience. So if you're the type to leave, lose your card, and may work at night, stay at your own risk because you may not get your money back and be met with no empathy in addition to your experience.
