Room was clean, we accidentally booked a smoking room and were staying for 7 days, the staff were so gracious to help re book us to have a non smoking room without any additional charges. ALL of the staff was excellent. The entirety of the staff was helpful, at our service & helped with everything we needed. The staff earned 5/5 stars! The rating is 3/5 stars for the facilities ONLY. The room is very small, bathrooms small & outdated equipment. If staying here as a couple please look elsewhere, solo you may be fine if okay with very small unit. I’m 6’0 & my head nearly touched the roof in the shower.

Tiny but functional room, air con doesn’t really cool down, and had to ask reception for them to unlock the window so I could sleep.(“very dangerous, sir!!”) It can be quite noisy at night between ambulances and enthusiastically revving motorcycles. Still the location near Osaka station is unbeatable.
