Its a great room. My only issue is the bathroom floor is a little slippery but i brought a bath mat from dollar tree. I usually do as so many hotel bathrooms have a slippery floor Very nice manager. I like this place

Nobody at check in or out . Had to call and leave message, then checked in through ring doorbell. Room key was in left in open room. Cold, but could not adjust heat. TV did not work, but no way to report for maintenance. Will never stay again.

The window air conditioning unit was very loud and filthy. The room itself was clean, but in need of an update. It was a unique experience.

Didn’t stay. Checked in and checked right back out. Old with no upkeep, dirty, buckets of cigarette butts outside of rooms next to broken chairs. People who looked like they lived there staring at your every move. Locks on doors are the same as you would have on your bathroom door.

The manager and other guest were very rud. They profiled us in a manner that wasnt very professional. Unpleasent experience at the bar next store, they were video taping us a when we just wanted to relaxe and have a drink after work.

The room was dirty and smelled like smoke and cat pee. We tried telling the manager that we couldn’t stay due to asthma but he refused to give us a refund. We tried giving the key back before we left but there was never anyone in the office to meet face to face.

It was so bad I checked back out within a half hour. I understood why they have a no refund policy - when you realize how bad the place is you’re already trapped. Their rating of 7.2 is a joke. It’s not even a 1. And hotels.com won’t stand by their customers and force a refund. Now no longer a hotels.com customer.

When we got to the property there was no one there to check us in. We had reservations. We had to call, then wait 15 minutes for someone to show up. The room was very hot. They could have turned on the air conditioning since they knew we were coming. It was 93°outside. Room was o.k., but there were no ice or snack machines. Landscaping was not done anywhere on the property. Not impressed by a long shot. Next time, we will stay somewhere else.

Excellent Hospitality. Very clean and comfortable room. This Motel is one of my favorite place to stay next visit in town. I was warmly welcomed by extremely friendly manager and staff . The surrounding of motel is peaceful and beautiful like my home. My room was spotless clean bathroom and comfortable bed. Manager keeping excellent customer service and comfortable stay for guest. I recommend this motel to stay in south Lyon
