It's a great spot around GT University. Nice location and ambience. Very friendly staff and helping. We wanted a printout for our College purpose, the font desk shared her email to forward and print. The room was clean and spacious beyond my expectations. The bed was really hard but I adjusted. The pillows were really soft - there were several on each bed, so I wouldn't be surprised if some were more firm than others. Breakfast was great, and there was a grab and go option for the day I overslept! Valet parking is the only option, and it's a little pricey but not out of line for a big city. The valet was friendly and quick. The front desk staff gave us bottles of water at check-in. There were cookies in the afternoon, and coffee/tea/hot chocolate all the time.
