The stay was great. Two of us taking in Blue Jay games, stayed here took the free shuttle to Pearson and the UP train to Union and Rogers Center. All staff were great and friendly/helpful. Rooms were clean, free breakfast included was better than expected. Perkins restaurant had good portions and well priced, service there was also first rate. Easily would stay again. We did not stay in the Holiday inn due to circumstances that changed in that hotel we were transferred to the Crown Plaza of the same group IHC this hotel was fantastic five star the service was excellent the room was excellent the bedding was taking two queen size bed plenty of room to move about staff friendly and good to would recommend this hotel

Excellent Staff

Staff relocated us to another property to accommodate fire evacuees. They were kind and efficient, and chose an excellent property to which to relocate us. I can’t review the hotel, as we didn’t actually stay, but the staff were excellent and professional enough that we felt like we should pop on and give them a thank you.

The hotel was nice and staff was friendly. The only issue i had was my toilet was broken for part of my stay and they did fix it fast as the pump needed replacing. They didnt offer for me to change rooms but did comp one night of my parking which is nice but i thought a little under value for not being able to use the bathroom.
