Pretty good stay . Room was comfortable. Little older hotel . The breakfast was way over priced . 30.00 for two people and it was items that are like free breakfast continental to me . Better off to go somewhere else. It was cold too .

Quick stay, yes / extended stay, no.

WiFi good, bed soft, and a/c were all good. Now for the breakdown.... Right off the bat, there's no microwave in the room. In order to use the microwave, you'll have to go down to the main lobby to used the two shared microwaves, I believe is for the entire property. Ants in the bathroom. Specially the bathroom toilet, not that many but the fact is that there were still ants there. There was no way for my to watch TV. The TV input was no signal the whole night. Luckily I had a gaming system with me to plug into the very hard to reach HDMI input source behind the TV that was practically stuck to the wall, didn't wanna try and pull it in efforts to not detach it from the wall.

EXCEPTIONAL even w/o refrigeration and microwave

I was solo! It was quiet and very comfortable. Even though my stay was during the French Quarter Fest and there was a huge soccer game prior to, my stay was quite exceptional!!! Staff were friendly, helpful and certainly professional. There weren’t a refrigerator nor microwave in the room, nonetheless, my over all stay was to my liking. I would definitely return and would recommend to other.

Convenient and Comfortable

This is our second time at this location. It is an older, affordable, but comfortable place to sleep for the night if you have an early flight. It is 5 minutes from the airport and convenient to many dining locations. Its not the kind of place you stay at for a vacation, but its perfect for a one night stay.

Front desk staff were nice, Michael from maintenance was awesome! Wanted to heat water for tea using the coffee pot. It was dirty and left brown chunks in my cup. The A/C blew heat when it wasn't blowing cold air. So bizarre. I requested that housekeeping leave more coffee supplies and take out trash while I was out for the day. That didn't happen. Carpet is old and filthy. Beds were clean, just a little too soft for me. The hotel is close to the airport so that's convenient. It's probably alright for one night if you have an early flight the next day, but I won't stay there again.

An ok stay for what it was

Hotel offers airport shuttle, but does not specify that shuttle only runs from 7AM to 11PM, not good if you have a late arriving flight, or an early departure. This hotel does offer a shuttle to the cruise terminal, which was not advertised, but would have been good to know. Hotel seemed a little dated. It smelled musty and/or moldy in the hallways, but not so much in the room itself. Temperature controls in the room did not seem to work. They switched our room to a different room when the first one wouldn't cool down, but the second one wouldn't warm up.

Double charges

One night stay whilst visiting the city - unfortunately had an accident in room and required stitches... Staff extremely helpful - unfortunately incurred a room clean-up fee (not an issue), but when I checked my invoice re this I discovered that not only had the hotel charged me for the room (already paid through Hotels.com) but also double charged me for the room cleaning fee.. Furthermore, there were three pending charges on my debit card, for what I don'tknow (on hold with my bank). I have tried emailing the hotel three times re this and no reply or acknowledgement... I have also disputed the double charges (incl room fee) with my bank and awaiting a resolution to all... (this amount was taken from my bank).
