The lobby when you first walk in is GORGEOUS, I personally had never stayed in a hotel that looked so nice! Check in was smooth, the lady at the front desk was very friendly! There was a sign stating the pool was open, however when we passed the door to the pool it said it was closed. This hotel is seemly large, we were in the north tower, making our way to the elevator we saw the ice machine however it was out of order. Once getting into the room that’s when the problem started, the thermostat was set on 62, however instead of it being freezing cold in the room it was just kind of just dry air. We sat in the room for less than 5 minutes before I started just about sweating. We decided to put the thermostat on 72 while we ran to get food, it helped a little.
I am not one to call and complain, we just made it work so I’m sure if we called they would have been willing to help us out and move us to a different room. The only other problem was the toilet was constantly running.
The sign at the front desk also said that you have to request room service, they don’t just come for long stays.
