Staff did not make you feel “at home” with staying out of town and especially choosing their hotel over the one literally right next door. The hotel itself was nice

Would be nice to know the hotel was under renovation. Had no breakfast or amnetioes available! Room was updated but shower head was ready to fall off. The shower gel, shampoo containers were empty! Should of got a refund or a discount for under renovation!

Room is nice, remodeling going on, so it was a bit of an inconvenience in areas. Room was mostly cleaned. Kicker was at 5:45 they started construction & working… on the 3rd floor, directly above us. Plus no breakfast of any sort was offered

Rooms were renovated but the AC did not work and we stayed in August. We were charged double and the front desk hasn’t been able to fix it.

The property was getting remodeled so they should not have been servicing people. Zero amenities and no breakfast the wrong room hole in headboard and all around just bad I want a refund. It was an event we attended so no other hotels had any rooms available we we’re screwed

This particular hotel, it's currently being under renovations. So you have things that are in a parking lot on the outside that it really shouldn't be there under normal circumstances But however, our room was clean. No complaints there completely and have the staff. Not too helpful. I'll stay for one night. Ended up being for 3 nights came to the room online. How to get the cheese curves reprogrammed on Saturday? And the person worked at the front desk. Shanette, we were supposed to check out. I11, and we haven't explained to him that we were there for 2 more nights. The body washing the shower or we moved from the wall by previous person and was empty

Let me just start out and say I love baymount there rooms are always nice and I got a suite it was excellent with that being said. There was no pool and my suite didn't have a bathtub. Other then that and not being able to have breakfast because of construction I had a good stay. I probably wont be back until the work is done tho.

Property just changed from Baymont to LaQuinta, which we didn't know until we arrived. In the middle of a remodel as well, and due to the remodel we were told there was no continental breakfast available until remodel was done, which we weren't notified ahead of this either. Trying to make the best of it, there was a coffee maker in the room but no coffee. We called the front desk for some but they advised they didn't have this either. One of the outlets in the bedroom closest to bed with the alarm clock and light, did not work. Check breaker panel and room and noticed breaker was tripped so I shut it off and back on, still not working so I left it off and plugged the items into another outlet that was fairly close. Had we known some of this, we probably would have booked with a different hotel for same cost nearby. Front desk staff was friendly though.
