Unfortunately, upon arriving at the Holiday Inn Express in Tampa Rocky Point, I called the hotel directly to arrange a shuttle from Tampa airport for my husband and me. However, I was informed by the front desk that there was no reservation on file and that they couldn't provide a shuttle. This was quite upsetting. The representative mentioned they had two rooms available and assured me that if I booked directly through the hotel, they could arrange a shuttle. Feeling I had no other option, I reluctantly made the reservation. I'm deeply disappointed with Hotels.com; I attempted to contact them, but couldn't find a telephone number on their website. Consequently, I had to rebook directly through the hotel, despite having my itinerary number in hand.
