Would not recommend this hotel at all. Ice machine was so rusted and dirty I would not trust the ice inside it. Bathroom shower head and grab bar are rusted over, Towels are so thin you need two to dry off with. Had to go ask the front desk for a lightbulb that was missing from a wall lamp, room is very dark. Air conditioning unit inside room is so loud, sounds like an airplane taking off. Room is very dated; no USB Charging ports anywhere in the hotel. Clock radio in the room was broken. In room coffee pot sits right next to the bathroom sink, has not been wiped down and was splattered with other people's toothpaste/soap. Creepy guy followed us around outside, and we were approached by a panhandler in the parking lot for cash. Told the front desk employee but she didn't do anything. Breakfast is verry basic, scrambled eggs, sausage, make your own waffles. No creamer for your coffee unless you want the powder stuff. No fruit at all. They did have white bread only for toast and nothing but grape jelly to put on the toast.

This hotel is a dump. Room dirty and smelled horrible of pot. Whole building and stairs are cracking and in need of a facelift. Front desk staff unhelpful to say the least. We were told we couldn’t have clean blankets or sheets because they didn’t have access to housekeeping supplies. Told by front desk girl we had to come and get our own roll away bed because she was “too scared to come out after dark”. I am certain I will get the stock reply they have given to others who have unfavorable reviews; they are so sorry and they will address issues. Beware! Stay away!

We didn’t stay. It was a motel, not a hotel. Courtyard had trash all over the place. It appeared to be migrant housing. Several men, no shirts, smoking giving haircuts. It felt unsafe enough where I wouldn’t let my wife or dog go to the room.

The pictures are far better than the reality. The room was old and dirty. The door did not lock from the inside. There was no stopper in the sink, but there was plenty of gunk down the drain. Turning on the sink faucet caused significant sputtering/air. The shower head had brown build-up around the water holes. The paint was peeling. The metal toilet paper holder was rusty. The TV was analog with no NBC or ABC channels, but it did have 8 of the same shopping channel and 2 of the same 24/7 infomercial channel. One night, there was a smell of pot coming through the bathroom vent. Breakfast consisted of watery scrambled eggs, white bread for toast, mildewed oatmeal packets, a waffle maker. Overall, this hotel was unsafe, dirty, and definitely not what I thought I was paying for. The motel is owned by a group based in Dubai/middle east. I understand Hotels.com has a wide variety of hotels, but this one should definitely be removed from their list!

The property was unsafe. Main lobby had broken windows. suite reeked of cigarette smoke door, not lock properly. Many people outside getting intoxicated in parking lot. Very uncomfortable. Seemed like they were doing section 8 housing. A lot of doors open and people traveling from room to room did not stay here as for a refund immediately then they told me I had to go through hotels.com and then tried to do that in hotels.com has terrible customer service very unhappy about the entire series of events. Additionally, when I went to book another hotel, I got it for much cheaper than what hotels.com was trying to charge me for a different location.

The room was just average. TV only had a few channels on it to pick from. Our first room smelled of heavy smoke even though it is non-smoking. Staff confirmed smell and moved us to a room that smelled better.
