The service was probably the best I’ve had in a long time hotel wise, beds are OK but nothing we needed to complain about. The room itself was very clean and looked like it was recently updated. The cons we had was the pool area, it didn’t feel or look clean the hot tub was not working, I was looking forward to that after a huge wedding we went to. I would definitely stay again I’ve been coming here for years but this was the first time we where here in about 2 years.

The toilet didn’t flush. There was no heat. No face towel. I was told that maintenance couldnt fix it. Go to the front desk & get another room at 11 pm. I changed rooms in the morning.

To call this place a dump is an insult to dumps all over the country. For what I paid for this should have been a quality hotel with quality rooms. The hotel should be condemned. They had to move my Room three times. The first room reeked of cigarette smoke. The second room didn't have a refrigerator and the TV didn't work. I finally got to the third room and was tired of changing. In the bathroom, the toilet paper was sitting on the sink because there was no toilet paper roll in the holder. The shower hardly drained no matter what you tried, and TV didn’t work because there's no reception probably because of cheap satellite. Also, I needed to get new batteries for the remote and that was intermittent. There were screws sticking out of the walls where old artwork hung and two additional holes in the wall were anchors where I presume there was a thermostat. Obviously, the owners don't care how the hotel looks and doesn’t want to spend a dime upgrading it or fixing anything and the staff just shrug their shoulders because there's nothing they can do and it’s kind of hard to blame them. I would avoid this place like the plague. It would be worth it to drive another 15 to 20 minutes because unfortunately, there's only one other hotel downtown Kenosha and all the rest are by the highway. I wish somebody would make an investment and open a decent hotel downtown.

Great hotel with lovely view of the lake for half the rooms. Comfy beds. Lovely staff. Only complaint is the echo-chamber of a hallway with tile floors.

Wasn’t expecting the walls to be paper thin..my fiance and I could hear a couple arguing right next door while trying to get some sleep before our half marathon race the next morning. If they can improve on the noise level I would’ve gave this stay a higher rating..

Room had a terrible chemical smell. Floor in the room had numerous cracks and chips. Bed was clean and comfortable. Shower had sufficient hot water. Breakfast did not look bad, your typical free breakfast offerings.

Once we finally checked in at night everything was great. I called early in the morning to see if we could check in a little early since we mad a 3 o’clock event we needed to be at. The guy I talked to said our room would be available a little after 2. When we got there, not sure if it was the same guy , he bluntly said that there were no rooms ready until 3. Didn’t even make any effort to see if anything was available. Will not stay here again just because of that guy.

We stay here often but this 2 day stay was disappointing. First the hot tub was out of order , we understood that happens Then all Weekend we could not use the pool due to 30-40 kids in it all day and night They were unsupervised The desk was operated by teenagers that were of no assistance Halls were loud and noisy in middle of night Also smelled of marijuana Then a room was destroyed on our floor and we were forced to stand outside because the fire alarm Was pulled Breakfast was minimal with juice and pancake machine not working All these things can happen but I feel the management needs to be more diligent on the supervision Of their guest and property especially for the price $150 a night

Only had our room cleaned once in the 4 nights we were there. Had to go to the front desk and ask for fresh towels to which they would only give us two for four people then give you attitude when you question the cleaning service. Great location but not likely to stay there next time.

Our room met our needs as we were only staying overnight. Friendly staff and the continental breakfast was very nice. I'm sure this area is beautiful in the Summer wit hall the little shops in the area!
