Room had a terrible chemical smell. Floor in the room had numerous cracks and chips. Bed was clean and comfortable. Shower had sufficient hot water. Breakfast did not look bad, your typical free breakfast offerings.

Early check-in sucked!!!

Once we finally checked in at night everything was great. I called early in the morning to see if we could check in a little early since we mad a 3 o’clock event we needed to be at. The guy I talked to said our room would be available a little after 2. When we got there, not sure if it was the same guy , he bluntly said that there were no rooms ready until 3. Didn’t even make any effort to see if anything was available. Will not stay here again just because of that guy.

Disappointed this

We stay here often but this 2 day stay was disappointing. First the hot tub was out of order , we understood that happens Then all Weekend we could not use the pool due to 30-40 kids in it all day and night They were unsupervised The desk was operated by teenagers that were of no assistance Halls were loud and noisy in middle of night Also smelled of marijuana Then a room was destroyed on our floor and we were forced to stand outside because the fire alarm Was pulled Breakfast was minimal with juice and pancake machine not working All these things can happen but I feel the management needs to be more diligent on the supervision Of their guest and property especially for the price $150 a night

Good spot, crappy service

Only had our room cleaned once in the 4 nights we were there. Had to go to the front desk and ask for fresh towels to which they would only give us two for four people then give you attitude when you question the cleaning service. Great location but not likely to stay there next time.

The hotel is out dated and the service is not great. The bath towels are very small and thin. We had laundry stains on the sheets and they gave us a fresh set, but told us we had to change the linens ourselves. The bed was uncomfortable. It was a disappointing stay.

Disappointed visit

when I arrived the first room had water in the tub and no heat. Then the 2nd room had no heat and manager couldn't get thermostat to work. Finally, the 3rd room had heat an was clean. However the staff at the desk were not very friendly. The room was not cleaned daily but I didn't know you had to request it. They never emptied the garbage ir brought clean towels. When checking out I did not get a receipt. The manager said it would come from Expedia. Never got it. I stayed at a Wyndham in Janesville and had no problems. But I will never stay here again.

Our stay was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had at a hotel - we traveled in from out of town for a wedding. We returned from the wedding and the room next to us as extremely loud. I contacted the front desk several times through out the night and nothing was done. They did not stop until the early morning hours. I spoke with the manager in the morning who said I would be able to get both of my rooms refunded but I had to contact Expedia and then they ended up only approving one room not both. I also booked a handicap room which we did not get - and also requested rooms that connected since I have 5 children. I was also told that was unavailable. I’m glad we were only stuck there one night.
