Do they do it unless you have to

This hotel is old and needs some TLC. The room hadn’t been properly cleaned ie rice in the couch, stains on the carpet & couch, hair in the tub, hair and food particles in the fridge. They did have plenty of easy parking and it was close to the freeway and restaurants.

The staff was the best part of our stay. They were helpful and very friendly and knowledgeable. It’s really unfortunate that the property was old, our room smelled of smoke and it was dirty (there were stains going down the walls in our room) and the wall paper was peeling off the walls. We were given ripped bedding for the sofa bed. Overall, the quality of this hotel is poor and is in of a huge renovation.

So, my 17 year old son came into town and I wanted to get a hotel room that was close to different restaurants, stores, etc so that he would have a variety of things to choose from. He was sooooooo happy!!!!! I took him to horrocks for the first time and bought him some macaroons, he had never had them before, I mean he was in a happy place so I was super happy!!!!! Y’all just might be my go to hotel whenever he comes in town ☺️

Would be nice to get a service in the room when you ask for one. When I checked in I asked what was their service schedule. She replied, everyday if you want. I said sure. None first day and it took two more days after requesting it each morning at front desk. I stayed there for almost a month end of 2024 and it was the same. Desk lady got kind of nasty when I told her I wasnt happy.

The front agent was pleasant even tries to make sure we had a room next to our family but upon entering the room it did not appear clean it gave the feeling someone may have been in the room there were stains on the couch and a wash cloth laying on the counter that appeared to be used the room just didn’t give clean. When I brought my concerns to the front desk they quickly mad the situation right I was very pleased

Decent stay option for West Lansing area

The staff is great and the location is super convenient (close to highway and main streets going through Lansing) The hotel is in fair shape. Lots of dining options and shopping nearby.

Muito decepcionado

O hotel está muito mal cuidado. O quarto estava com lençol sujo, o carpet estava sujo e o ar condicionado era barulhento. Solicitamos a limpeza do quarto, disseram que estavam com muitas limpezas para fazer e só limparam o quarto 3 dias após reclamamos muito. Acionamos a hotels.com e também não tivemos retorno algum.

Not a very clean stay

When i checked in on a Saturday afternoon the staff was changing so i waited 10 minutes to be able to chech in. Then we were assigned a room that hadn't been cleaned yet. When i went out to let them know there was a large group of people waiting to check in. Since they only had one person working the desk i waited 45 minutes to get another room. The next room we got was a single bed room when i needed 2 beds, so down to the front desk i went again. The next room was good, so i thought. When i woke up in the morning after sleeping in the bed i realized under the comforter on the sheet were very large blue smeared spots. I didnt see them because the comforter covered them up. On the side of the bed up against the wall the comforter was all yellowed. The woman at the front desk was very nice. I guess if you want clean i wouldnt stay here.
