We stayed 7 nights in a room facing the pool and the beach. Our stay did not include the all inclusive. This location is about a 10 minute drive from the downtown area, $100 Pesos taxi ride. On the plus side - beautiful location with stunning views and beach. Very quiet and peaceful. No loud music. Common areas well maintained. Never seemed busy. Always able to get lounge chairs both at pool and beach. Front desk service was very good. Litai was very helpful. She took the extra step to got us out of a bind twice. Great AC, beautiful view from room and good TV. We only ate once at the resort at the poolside patio. Meal was excellent. On the opportunity for improvement side - Rooms are very dated. Tiled floors need a deep cleaning. Hot water most of the time. Room cleaning was inconsistent. We only had one lunch meal at the resort because the prices are double anywhere else outside the resort.
