The receptionists at check in were extremely helpful. My mom needed an accessible room and they made a significant effort to allow us an early and late check in/out in an accessible room.
It was a bit cumbersome getting back and forth from the beach to the room. we needed a golf cart. however, they were usually very responsive.
However, I do recommend having at least one or two accessible wheelchairs or chairs with hard backs available on the beach itself.
It was great that they had a lifeguard on duty because the rip current was strong.
it was very quiet and peaceful not many people were there and it felt very relaxing.
all the amenities were very well kept and beautiful.
my one main issue was the food /cost. The food was very expensive and the quality was not great. Filtered water was not easy to access and it was very expensive to buy.
overall, it was a great place, and does require some advance planning if you need any extra accommodations but the staff will do their best to meet your needs.
