the only electric plugs were the ones in the kitchen and by the bathroom. all of the plugs around the room were not working. there was also a cocaroach in the room. there was also mold in the sink by the bathroom. the beach umbrella didn't work. beyond that, however, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the number of towels available to us.

Totalmente sujo,e velho .banheiro, lençol cheio de cabelos( nojento) tomei até um susto quando fui colocar meu bebê para dormir e tinha uma mega barata na cortina. Escolhi um quarto de frente pra praia só esqueceram de avisar q tinha um concreto na frente.Funcionarios não muito solistas , nem da piscina e nem do estacionamento o hotel tem a vantagem de estar de frente pra praia

We rented this apartment to spend time with family with a late flight. It worked perfectly for that with a couch and beds to sit on and lots of room for the babies to crawl around. I was appreciative of the clean port a crib that was provided. Otherwise, I can’t say I would stay again. The guy checking in for valet was incredibly rude. The line to check in was long (we went to the apartment then came back which was better). The apartment was clean and stocked with basics. The AC worked enough to keep the apartment comfortable but was never cold. The bathroom was clean but still felt gross. With three inches of caulk around the sink and all parts of the shower. The tub had been painted and was peeling. The door was warped from water damage. Good price for the area but I would find a different area next time. Communication was easy.

Traveled with family, didn't get the room that we booked and PAID for. Pictures online are nothing like the property. Front staff was NO help. No apologies, no discount, no room change NOTHING. Got the run around with booking staff and hotel staff. Very rude and nasty customer service from both as well. Went and spoke with security on site who stated they were weel aware of all the complaints and issues. Valet parking was horrible some of them were very nasty had attitudes. Property was dirty, room had trash in closets, mold in shower, walls half painted. I could go on and on. (pics to prove all of this) Overall terrible. only good thing was it had a pool and walking distance to beach.

Stayed in room 901. The ocean view was beautiful and is very convenient the place is in front of the beach, but the room had a strong humidity smell. Elevator noise was constant throughout the day and even during the night. Housekeeping needs improvement, especially in the bathroom. The valet parking service was an absolute mess - waiting time of over an hour some times and they don’t care about the pre calling the car.

el departamento tiene una vista espectacular, y la ubicación es excelente. El departamento esta bien, la atencion fue siempre rapido, pero es muy my basico el equipamiento. no te dan una pava electrica, no hay secaplatos, no hay un escoba para barrer, las toallas de mano son de juguete. Los cubiertos eran 3 cuchillos y 4 tenedores Y la cocina es con 2 anafes electricos con mmuy poca potencia, para los que van pensando en cocinar en el depto. no aspiren mas que a uno fideos en 40´ pero lleven un colador porque no hay. Los colchones vencidos que descansas mas en un avion de low cost. Y el parking del edificio es para tener en cuenta. llegamos a esperar 45´para que nos den el auto, y hasta 40´para poder dejarlo al regreso. Pero reconozco que no fueron todos los dias asi. Volveria si necesitaria conseguir algo bien ubicado con buena vista y a un precio accesible, sin necesidades mucho de equipamiento

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We booked for two nights. On the first evening when we arrived, we noticed that the hair dryer, the microwave, and several outlets weren’t working. So I called the front desk around 6:30 PM to let them know the hair dryer wasn’t working and that we would need one for the evening. The man on the phone said, ‘I’m sorry, ma’am, there’s no one working at this hour, so you’ll have to wait until tomorrow.’ I kindly replied that I needed a hair dryer that evening and that I didn’t mind coming down to the front desk to exchange mine for a working one. He replied again, ‘I’m sorry, ma’am, no one is working, you’ll have to wait until tomorrow.’ So I gave up on the hair dryer situation and we went out in Miami. We got back to the hotel at 1:00 AM and waited an hour and a half for valet parking!!!!!!! On Sunday morning, we woke up early to go to brunch, and this time we waited another hour for valet parking!! Later that day, we returned to drop off the car again—another hour-long wait just to drop it off. My husband even asked the valet staff if they needed help and also asked to speak to a manager. There was no manager at the hotel, and certainly not at 1:30 AM. This hotel is a disaster in every possible way. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

Ap 604 confortável pra longas estadias. Apresenta custo benefício, entrega o que promete. Banheiro antigo. Concederam late check out. Quanto ao condomínio, é mal frequentado, com garotas de programa. Não voltaremos por esse motivo.

Boa localização com acesso direto à praia. Estacionamento incluindo. Quarto com cozinha completa. Banheiro ok, a água quente demorava muito pra esquentar e era um banheiro bem antigo. Cama ok, mas poderia ser melhor. Colchão não era muito bom. Vista incrível. Academia excelente, completinha. No geral diria que o quarto precisa de uma reforma, se vê já está desgastado pelo uso. Mas voltaria a me hospedar.

Etablissement très bien situé sur la plage de Miami. Accès direct à la plage, très belle vue, que ce soit côté mer ou même côté baie et Miami. Le check-In est un peu long. L'établissement et les chambres méritent un rafraichissement, c'est assez ancien et pas toujours bien entretenu. Les salles de bain sont assez vétustes, notamment la robinetterie, à changer. Nous avons eu deux appartements, le 1er était assez moyen, le 2e beaucoup mieux. Côté parking, il est inclus, ce qui est une excellente chose, car le parking à Miami Beach est un sujet important, mais attention aux jours d'affluence pour récupérer votre voiture, car c'est un service de voiturier qui emmène et récupère votre voiture au parking. Le dimanche matin nous avons attendu 1h devant l'hôtel avant de récupérer notre voiture. Donc un conseil, partez avant tout le monde. Le lendemain je suis parti à 8h. Globalement c'est plutôt un bon choix car ça reste moins cher qu'à South Beach, mais ce n'est pas le grand luxe évidemment.

At first the valet parking service is the worse at Miami Beach, long time waiting in line every time you want to exit or coming in, bed sheets seemed to be dirty, shower sink clogged. Once you open the door there is marihuana smell every where. We couldn’t resist these bad conditions and left just two nigths after arriving. Also as nd very important you find no backup or responsible answer sh ed n you try to make a complaint. There is a telephone number with never answers,

My main complaint is the you can't get extra linen for anything. The beds are a little low to the ground. And it is really annoying having to go through valet anytime tou want to leave and go back. But, we had am ocean front room. It was so peaceful. The beach was fairly quiet. I'd stay here again.

Limpieza terrible. Cuando lleguamos el refri estaba lleno de comida de otro huésped. La unidad no es para nada parecida a la de la foto, es muy vieja y nunca hicieron limpieza o cambio de sábanas en 3 noches y 4 días que estuve ahí. Los alrededores y piscina están bien. Cerca de la playa pero la habitación no es bonita y mucho menos moderna. La pasamos bien pero no fue lo que esperábamos o las fotos mostraban… Muy distinto.
