Best hotel in SLO. Great location to walk to anywhere downtown. Beautiful rooms. Bathroom could have used a second sink, but overall top notch. Loved the rooftop pool with bar. Very friendly staff. Will be back.

Perfectly convenient and comfortable

Love this hotel! Perfectly located next to many nice restaurants. We enjoyed hanging out by the pool and the service staff was amazing. We had a nightcap at their restaurant and bar downstairs before getting a good nights rest. We took the bikes for a ride the next day before checking out. We’ll be back!

Lovely hotel in great location

The room was very clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. There was a lot of noise late at night and early morning, seemed to be beeping and alarms. The staff is was ok. The valet staff was excellent. Overall the hotel was in an ideal location and clean.

Great hotel, modern and very pretty. Clean and friendly helpful staff. However poor sound proofing of the rooms, you can hear everything from the bathroom and street noise. CAUTION do not stay on the street facing patio rooms as it sounds like you are in an actual dive bar.

Very chic boutique hotel in downtown San Luis Obispo. Upscale property with top level service, spa, and great restaurant/bar. I’ve been to many upscale boutique hotels around the country and world, and this is right up there in the class of top upscale boutique hotels. Highly recommend for those visiting San Luis Obispo. Would absolutely stay here again if I ever came back to San Luis Obispo, but will never come back to San Luis Obispo since this visit was not by choice and not keen on visiting a rural town with absolutely nothing to do.

Great staff.

The room was fine except I would never get a room with someone above me with these type of floors. Very bothersome hearing every move they made. The restaurant was great. People here: Story, Frankie, and Harmony were the best.

Great but noisy by the bars

The hotel was amazing. Very cool vibe and nice lobby and fire pits. There was an edible garden and a nice pool to hang out by. One quibble is that one aide of the hotel is above the bars on the Main Street and the noise carries up and you can hear it. Medium sleepers would be advised to bring earplugs. We spent a Friday evening and it was lout out u til 1 or 2 in the morning.
