We were there over Christmas with our family, and the team went above and beyond to make the day feel special — thoughtful, kind, and genuinely attentive in a way that’s hard to find. Four-star experience all around, and I’m honestly glad we chose this over the Four Seasons. Bonus: we stopped back a few days later just for drinks at the restaurant and it was such a fun scene — great energy, great cocktails, and a place you’d want to linger. Highly recommend for travelers who care about design, location, and service that actually feels personal.
