The apartment was fine. Clean and relatively comfortable. However, getting into the building was a chore because the call box was broken and it took forever to track down the actual code. The worst part was that this is an apartment complex and the upstairs neighbors STOMPED NONSTOP. From about 6AM to midnight, it was like a herd of elephants above us. We got not rest and had headaches the entire stay.

I would never have booked this location had I know I needed to give up biometric data to check in. I would have canceled when I learned this but would have lost money had I done so. The sofa bed was the single worst mattress I've ever had to sleep on. And despite the reviewers who say how quiet the place was, it was not quiet at all: a bird in the courtyard squawked from dusk until dawn, early dog walkers in the dog area let their dogs yap for minutes at a time, and, of course, the airport.

Upon arriving at the room Wed evening, I was unable to use the shower/bath due to it beimg filthy and having an open pipe in the ceiling. I contacted the property and the matter was not addressed until the next day around 1p which means I could not shower Wed night nor Thu morning.

Our code stopped working to get in the garage. It was not resolved until I reached out twice. The hairdryer looked like a hazard from 1980. The giant heavy bathroom door stays closed- cause if you open it, you cannot get in and out of the apartment (it direct blocks that, or, the bedroom entrance).

The actual room was very good, however on the last night there in the morning we go out to the gated garage and our car was missing it had been towed. Apparently if you DON'T put thier little tag for your mirror up they will allow a towing company to come in and simply take your car. I had spoken to a gentleman the day we arrived about the parking and he never mentioned at all how important it was to have their tag hanging from your mirror or else your vehicle will be towed even though Kasa had all our information that they required. We visit Dallas multiple times a year but never again will we return to the place.

The room was wonderful - very clean and had plenty of space. Kasa's communication was fantastic with the check in and check out instructions. My only complaint is that the parking garage is creepy and so are the buildings hallways. I wouldn't go in those places alone because it felt unsafe.
