Hotel com excelente localização, íamos a pé para a 5 Avenida e região da Coco Bongo e restaurantes! Walmart há uma quadra do hotel! Os travesseiros que são ruins e a água quente no chuveiro é muito pouca, mas nada que impediria de voltarmos!

Overall it is a good place to stay, and I would return. There were a couple of issues with the cleanliness of the bedding at first, however this wqs dealt with appropriately. The staff were responsive. From then on, cleanliness and amenities were as to be expected. Also, good sound proofing.

The facility is in freshly remodeled condition. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is very good for dining out, going to the beach, or shopping. The kitchenette was well stocked.

A estadia foi muito boa, considerando a boa localização e o bom custo benefício. Entretanto, poderia ter sido melhor, se pudéssemos ter usufruído da comodidade de um bom café da manhã e também bons travesseiros. Aponto esses dois itens como principais pontos negativos. No mais, de modo geral, é uma estadia muito boa.

Nos hospedamos en la suite, perfecto para una familia. Todo dentro de la habitación en funciones. Cada habitación climatizada de manera independiente. Abundante agua y caliente. Las TV funcionando y el cable y controles también, son equipos smart, tiene lavadora y perfecto el elevador para mover a mi mamá. Las camas y almohadas cómodas. A pasos de la Terminal de autobuses y del Palacio Municipal, y a unas pocas cuadras de la Quinta Avenida. Súper limpias las habitaciones. Nunca funcionó el jacuzzi de la terraza ni las luces de la alberca. Tiendas de conveniencia en las esquinas.

As usual my stay was very good. I like being able to walk for groceries and if I just need water there is a convenient store across the street. I enjoy cooking my own meals so having the kitchenette is great although a larger fridge would be nice to have ice. I like sitting on the balcony reading and the pool on the roof is very nice. The shower usually has warm/hot water however the pressure is low so for some it may be an issue. The only con would be during Carnival usually some time in February (Google for dates 2026) it is very noisy as the government plaza is nearby. This year they had famous Spanish bands playing for a week and you could hear the music in your room as if you were right there in an outdoor stadium. The music went until 2-3 am so during this time if you are an early to bed person this could be an issue for you.

check in took a bit long but the room was nice (nicer than what I thought i booked). Great kitchen. Nice rooftop pool. Very easy location (2 minutes from ADO alternate). The only negative is the entrance up some stairs (7 or 8 maybe) and a very heavy glass door. Not the best set-up when coming in with luggage. Really awesome for the price.
