Personalen och städning är 3 stjärniga. Resten är klart 2 stjärnigt. Standard rummet är så litet att man inte kan ta sig förbi sängen, så rummen alldeles för små. Varmvatten tar minst 5 minuter tills den värms upp till lagom varmt. Stranden inte alls standard som på bilderna. Annars mysigt hotell.

Worst experience ever

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. The rooms are extremely small, the bathroom had a terrible smell, and there was barely any space to place our luggage. On our last day, it started to rain, so we returned to our room. Suddenly, it began raining inside the room — at first just on the floor, so we placed towels down, but shortly after, water was pouring in from everywhere: the bed, the bathroom, and even running down the walls. We immediately reported the situation to the front desk, and they claimed it was the first time this had ever happened — which is clearly not true, as the extent of the water damage suggested an ongoing issue. We were forced to move to another room in the middle of a torrential downpour, and the staff completely ignored what had happened. No apology, no assistance — absolutely disgraceful. This is the kind of hotel you should actively avoid. Honestly, sleeping outside would have been a better option.

Ficamos hospedados entre 27fev e 4/3/25 fomos muito bem recebidas, tanto pelos recepção, quanto bem atendidas no restaurante, inclusive queria agradecer, pois 1 dia esqueci meu óculos no restaurante e vieram trazer no meu quarto. Contudo, tenho uma observação fui tomar café 1 dia 7:18h, pois tínhamos passeio as 8h , e nao me permitiram ,pois o cafe começava às 7:30h e disseram que eu tinha que avisar 1 dia antes.se quisesse.tomae cafe às 7h. So uma.ressalva, quando chegamos a recepção nos informou que o cafe começava as 7h e nao 7:30h , achei muito desagradável ser proibida de pegar cereais, que ja estavam prontos por 12min e poder sair às 8h pro passeio. Peço que informem melhor e orientem os hóspedes, para que nao aconteça o mesmo

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena frente a las playas de San Luis. Las habitaciones son muy limpias pero algo pequeñas. La comida es buena, los precios de la comida son buenos y en general todo el hospedaje fue excelente. Muy recomendado para descansar y Dora es genial para ayudarte a organizar tus actividades

The facility overall appears to lack proper housekeeping. The bathroom is located behind the main restaurant, which is highly inappropriate. There is a noticeable unpleasant odor while dining, making the experience extremely unappealing.
