The automated check in procedure is a mess.
The hotline in case there are issues was not available. Could not even leave a message.
This hotel has two different buildings. And two different lock boxes for the keys. Only one is mentioned in the greeting email. Absolutely mindbogglingly stupid.
If it were not for a lady working in the nearby restaurant I would have stood in the rain even longer.
The room while clean and decent was very small and lacked even a stool.
