Great location and value

Great location for value. Easy check in with a key code, staff on site is limited to standard business hours. Our room was clean but was starting to show lack of maintenance. Id suggest requesting a room not on the basement level. The windows are on street level where it was loud at night/early morning from party goers and garbage pickup. The hotel has considered this and provided ear plugs and a noise machine.

Apparemment super, très bien placé, très fonctionnel, propre. Aucun point négatif. Une literie exceptionnelle et pourtant je suis très difficile. Un endroit que je recommande à 200%. Si je peux juste faire une remarque mais apparemment c'est fréquent au Canada, beaucoup de rangement mais il manque dans les penderies quelques étagères pour poser les vêtements. Mais c'est vraiment un détail. Merci pour ce superbe appartement

The location of this Sonder property could not be beat. The furthest location of interest for me was probably 20 minutes, and walking for 20 minutes is nothing. I love how we were centrally located and there were so many dining options! The port was just a short 10 minute walk! The metro was just around the block. Location, location, location :) The app was super easy to use and getting into the building and room was super easy and seamless. We did, however, have an issue with the AC and communication through the app. Montreal was experiencing a heat wave, and our AC wasn't working. I contacted reps numerous times, with one rep telling me it was fixed. But when I sent them a picture of it not being fixed, I was told a service person would take a look at it but they never did. A running joke that my son and I had was if we thought the AC would be fixed whenever we came back from an excursion. Spoiler: it was not. Additionally, the app doesn't yet allow you to request housekeeping, so my son and I who were staying for five days had to use the same towels and wash clothes over and over again which is pretty gross. All in all, it was a nice place to stay. There was a full kitchenette, too. It just lacks the proper amenities of a "real" hotel.

Gorgeous views to wake up to!

Loved how comfortable and spacious the room was. The room had big windows, letting in tons of natural light and offered great views of the surrounding heritage buildings. I really enjoy an apartment-style stay, it makes travelling feel like home! The location was wonderful - so close to everything in Old Montreal, as well as the metro and VIA rail station. Super convenient for getting around! The room itself was very clean and had everything we needed (fridge, kettle, dishwasher). Only room issue we faced was trouble with the washing machine, however, maintenance was quick to come by and resolve the issue! We also stayed on a weekend, so there was some street noise from passersby some evenings, but the room was equipped with earplugs and a white noise machine so it was not an issue at all. It was my first time staying at a Sonder, and it was a lovely experience and beautiful place to stay.

Beautiful suite - everything you need and more! Extra towels, blankets and pillows; fully stocked kitchen; comfortable bed; high ceilings, beautiful, modern, clean appliances; pull-out couch; Roku; staff available 24/7 if required. Only downsides: were no parking; shower should have full door/wall/curtain (difficult to avoid water spraying on floor) and shower water pressure wasn’t very powerful

It was great except for the shower "curtain" — this new trend of only putting glass up on half a shower is obnoxious. Of course the floor outside the bath was covered in water after a shower.
