The staff was excellent and pets are welcome. Pool area was nice and our view from the room was a nice courtyard view. The hotel is undergoing construction at this time, so we did not have access to an elevator and we were on the second floor. Breakfast offered cereal, toast, and make-your-own pancakes.

The staff was great. The road to the facility is aweful. The tub bottom was decrepit. On the second floor, The soda and candy machine were empty. The ice machine didn't work. The ice was on the first floor. No elevator. I was concerned about parking lot theft.

There are improvements that really need to be made at this property. Rooms need improved cleaning. They are working on a remodel but it's going slow. The free breakfast is not what it normally is a Marriott Inn.

Pet friendly hotel, very low cost. Pool area has alot of chairs and comfortable. Property has potential. Comfortable beds, good water pressure for shower. Breakfast.. almost nothing available. Frozen pancakes, 4 yogurts, corn flake cereal, a few packets of instant oatmeal. No juice, no fruit, no toast, bagels, etc Overall cleanliness of hotel is off, mostly due to filthy carpet in corridors. Hotel is being run on a shoestring and it feels that way. Bring your own soap, shampoo, etc Its a shame because there is alot of potential.

The entrance and parking are dangerous. There is a pothole that will cause major damage to your car. We drove around the whole property to try to find the front door. There were handwritten notes on a glass door, that finally gave us a clue it was probably the front door. There are cement ledges that I guess at one time was possibly where an awning came out over the single glass door of entry. Now, they are just in the middle of where people were driving.

Room was cancelled! Then had thee nerve to state if I wanted to stay I will received a DIRTY ROOM! Filthy and disgusting. I wouldn’t dare recommend no one to stay there! Didn’t receive my refund either

The lady who checked us in was the only positive experience at this hotel! The manger was awful and mean. The breakfast was virtually non existent. 6 old boiled eggs. 8 slices of stale wheat bread but no butter. Cream cheese but no bagels. Syrup but no pancake batter for their machine. The “newly renovated room” smelled like a musty house that had been abandoned for a decade. The microwave was a rusty tetanus habitat. The hot and cold were swapped in the shower. The bathroom door wouldn’t close. The pool was green chocked with algae. Their website said pet friendly with a $25 fee. The manager said the policy had been changed but the website wouldn’t be updated for a while so we could stay but only if we paid an additional $50 per night and moved to an old room upstairs. With no elevator. Horrific service. Awful facility. Mean-asshat manager. Go anywhere else.

Staff didn't acknowledge my booking because they couldn't find me in the system. Even after showing my reservation confirmation number, I was told to call the booking company. While on the phone outside, they found my reservation printed off on the desk which pulled me from the system. This wouldn't be a big deal, but due to circumstances I had a late check-in and had an extremely early morning check-out... I just needed a few hours of sleep. No soaps in the bathroom (hand soap or shower soaps). Broken towel rack. Rust/mold in the fridge.

My mom and I stayed here during a mother/daughter weekend trip for Spring fest. It was very quiet and clean. The hotel is an older hotel, but everything was in working order and our stay was great.
