Overall, we enjoyed our stay (mom with a 5-y-o). The room was certainly clean enough. The staff was LOVELY and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was good - better than many of the other breakfasts I’ve had at hotels. However… I called two days before our visit and asked about the pool. I was told that the pool would be under construction and closed during our stay. I unpacked the swimsuits that I had already packed. When we arrived, the front desk told me that the pool was actually open. That was mildly annoying. Our room was fairly clean. The bathtub really needed attention, though. It did not look like it had been thoroughly cleaned at all. The wall in had obvious gunk on it that needed to be cleaned off. The soap dish looked to have soap scum all along the edges where it connected to the wall - top and bottom, so it’s not as if they just didn’t see it. The floor had dirt in the corners and on the edges. Part of the metal door frame had rusted away. It just needed to be replaced. The bed was pretty terrible, to be honest. I did not sleep well at all. It was hard. The quilt was the weight of a sheet. My five year-old referred to the pillows as “baby pillows.” Lol. I believe I got a deal on the room and paid about $90 for the night. That’s reasonable for the stay. However, when I was considering extending our stay, so we could have more time in Nashville, the room we were in was $291 per night. There is no way that that hotel is worth $291.

I got a great deal through hotels.com, so was skeptical this was going to be a dump and it totally wasn’t. Nice, helpful staff, 2 complementary drinks as we checked in. The pool is currently under renovation but the hot tub is working and it’s huge and hot. The rooms are nice, bed is firm but comfortable. My mom wanted to take her pillow home. I agree. Breakfast sucked. But I think they did have a waffle maker. Overall a great stay for the discount I got on it.

The hotel is partnered with the world’s most unprofessional shuttle company, Monarch. We paid $50 for access to the shuttle to downtown Nashville. It’s only a 15 minute drive and the shuttle either doesn’t show up at all or is inexplicably late. The night driver, Mark, is a con artist and obviously not doing the job he’s being paid to do. The hotel staff are aware of the problem and just told us to request a chargeback since the shuttle company doesn’t offer any accountability. The outdoor pool is under construction and you’ll be woken up by the sound of jackhammers. The hotel is very clean and the staff were very friendly, but I cannot recommend this experience to anyone.

Great service! Hotel staff were super nice and helpful, room was clean and comfortable. 10/10 would absolutely stay again! Also it’s a short drive from downtown or they offer a shuttle! Breakfast was delicious, happy hour have had appetizers and drinks that were included in the room stay. Just all around an amazing stay!

Loved the breakfast - hot & fresh and great variety. The shuttle downtown was an amazing plus ...$50 per room per stay - we were there for 5 nights so well worth it! They also offered happy hour from 5-7 whuch included cocktails and potato bar or nacho bar. Loved our stay!
