Beautiful hotek that is well kept and clean with friendly staff and a lovely restaurant. Family suite was amazing and we were all well rested. The pool was perfect and had a shallow area for the smaller kids.

Hotel was great until we went to check out. We left our room and were busy with family and after check out time we received a call, it was the front desk. A man asked if we were out of the room or needed more time. I apologized and stated we left earlier in the morning. He hung up.... nothing, no thank you; just slammed the phone down.

YO no go

This place has seen better days. The lobby was ok but the rooms seem to have been forgotten about. The Saltillo tile would have worked if it was actually cleaned. The same goes for the bathroom and the rest of the room - just seemed forgotten about over time. The candy wrapper that turned up between the bedspread and the sheet was a pretty good sign that the linens were also forgotten about when it comes to washing. The icing on the cake was the morning surprise of no shower. Oh there was a physical shower of course (something the front desk clerk seemed to want to laugh and joke about ) I told him the shower diverter was laying in pieces in the tub upon our first attempt at morning showers. (he then questioned why I didn’t bring it up earlier!!!) More interested in playing point counterpoint, rather than accommodating a customer, this guy had no business at the front desk. Finally, when I suggested that his shoddy service and subpar room should amount to some type of credit, he wanted to continue with his argumentative method of “customer service.” The legendary YO would probably be better managed by the discount motelier OYO. Maybe this would put it out of its misery.

While the room was relatively clean, the hotel has definitely seen better days. No elevators. Exterior lighting and signage was poor. If all you need/want is a reasonably clean bed and shower, it's okay. I definitely will not stay there again.

I have stayed here multiple times and it is an excellent place to stay. Only negative is the restaurant has a buffet breakfast that is just too expensive. I wish the hotel would provide a free breakfast included in the current price.

Bugs in the bed in the morning! Staff didn’t have a clue at the front desk what they were doing, got there at 5. Check in was posted as 4. Room wasn’t ready until 5:20. Was guaranteed a ground floor when I reserved but didn’t have one upon arrival.

Visit was fine close to everything. Clean room I only have pictures of are room when we leave. But we forgot something valuable and called and they had it. Clean and honest great buffet on Sunday. Bar was hopping but we don't drink sat in lobby they had a band they where pretty good.
