The lady at the reception check in was on the phone the entire time I was trying to check in, she maybe said three words to me. Not sure if they were understaffed or if this is the norm. Lobby was very inviting and we did notice a restaurant and lounge but as stated above, were told nothing about either. Room was spacious but definitely dated. Hot water was lacking and we were reduced to taking what I would describe as cool/warm temperature.
