Cancelaron la reservación y quede sin Hotel

Este no es un hotel común, llegue casi a la media noche y no había recepción, algunos empleados amablemente me atendieron pero con la mala sorpresa que la reserva la cancelaron y sin avisar siquiera. me quede a la media noche sin hotel y sin darme alguna solución. por otro lado el lugar no era muy amigable habian personas fumando en las calles y en los balcones. no se veia muy seguro el lugar.

Bargain functional accommodations

My primary reason for choosing this property was price. The whole area has very high rates for hotel rooms. This property is more of an extended stay type room with refrigerator microwave and an electric stove. I was only using it as a two night stay prior to taking a flight back after finishing a cruise. When I arrived to check in the person at the front desk had already cashed out their drawer and was unable to complete the transaction required in order to give me my room key at 3 PM. So I had to wait until the next person who was late arrived in order to complete the transaction and receive my room key. The room was clean and had all of the necessary requirements for a functional stay. Over the course of my two days there I did notice 2 to 3 palmetto bugs or roaches in the bathroom area. I would say that this property meets the minimum requirements for overnight stays.

Wouldn’t recommend unless last resort

Roaches infestation. Loud noises at night. Only get room service for weekly stays. Plenty of nets in the room and the front door had a gap you can see into the room. Overall you get what you pay for.

Think again about staying here

This place is run down! Online the pictures make it look good but in reality it’s not. I only booked the place because it was convenient for a last minute trip. Check in was at 3, was told it’s not ready yet.. 30mins later still not ready. About an hour later or so after being checked in, a worker doesn’t even bother knocking on the door and just opens it. There was a roach in the fridge. Anywhere that had metal was rusted and worn out. The water never got hot. The room had fruit flies. The room keys get demagnetized easily! Office closes at 11pm, I got back to my room around 11:30 with my key not worker. A few guest were nice and friendly tells us try this way and that way. Didn’t work and took us to someone who works there to get our key fixed, which was nice. The front desk lady was really nice. Says no smoking area but people are out here smoking. Overall stay, I wouldn’t recommend or come back.

Never again!!!!

I would never stay in this hotel again. The condition of the room is appalling. Mattress was lumpy and very uncomfortable. Mold in the shower and dust in the vents. The ceiling had paint peeling and the walls were filthy.

Foi uma estadia tranquila, não tenho oque me queixar dos funcionários. As duas mulheres da recepção foram super explicativas e fizeram tudo bem correto. O estorno do depósito caiu antes do prazo que elas informaram, explicaram sobre o bairro e sobre o quarto. O intuito da viagem era economizar, e para isso serviu bem. A única coisa que me incomodou foram incetos no quarto… me deparei todos os dias com incetos no meu quarto. Mas como foi uma estadia curta não pude avaliar mais, e não solicitei a mudança de quarto.

For $140. Heck no

I called and said I’d arrive late and was told to just pick up the red phone and dial zero. I did exactly that and the man on the other end was seemingly annoyed, and I could barely understand him. Before I knew it, he hung up on me and when I tried calling back, there was no answer a couple of times. I was out there as a 40-year-old single female with my 10-year-old little boy alone and they were just the sketchiest humans walking by. After sometime, a man dressed in casual black came out and asked if I was the one that called, asked me to get my ID as he went to his car… He came back from his car, grabbed my ID and went into some employee door. I wanted to just leave. But he had my license. When he finally opened the door with paperwork, rudely, I asked if I could just refund this because I was extremely uneasy. The alleyway he had me in was dirty and creepy. Basically I was told no so I signed the paperwork and Went to the room assigned. The room smelled terrible, it was dirty, there was a layer of dust on most of the surfaces. There was sticky dirt all over the wall outlet, I wouldn’t dare even get in that shower. This was a terrible experience from customer service to cleanliness and I could never repeat it.
This sat right outside of the office. Seriously?

I previously rated this hotel as poor by mistake. Please note it was for my trip that was for the Ft. Lauderdale stay. It was poor. WoodSpring was excellent and helped me out tremendously. More so than your supervisor who I feel did not really try to help me find other accommodations. Very disappointed with hotels.com handling of my needs. 👎

This is not okay at all!!! I need resolution now!

I want someone to call me immediately about this. I have never received such bad service before in my life. After traveling all day with two small kids and having this reservation booked months ago, we arrived to the hotel just to be told that our reservation was canceled because of a flood and we were supposed to receive an email. The lady at the front desk did not offer to help us find a new place. She just simply said I’m sorry and told us to leave. We had two little children and four adults total we spent two hours calling hotels. The only place that had availability was a $6000 night Sweet. We were forced to go back to the airport and sleep in the airport with my two small children. This is absolutely unacceptable and I am going to contact my attorney to further resolve this if we do not come to an agreement to make this better. I am not sure what kind of third-party booking you guys are, but we thought Hotels.com was a trustworthy third-party booking website. I want an answer on this as soon as possible.
