From start to finish it was pleasant - more than I expected. The rooms and amenities were exceptional. The staff are very friendly and professional. The complementary breakfast was the icy on the cake as my family and I were waking up to go on with our day. The only thing that would have made it an even better stay was if the spa was not under construction. But that didn't damper the mood and service we received.

We had a patio suite for two days and it fit our family/needs but there was a gross brown spot on the bedroom ceiling that definitely looked like poop, and the bathroom needs a working exhaust fan as the humidity builds up quickly. The caulking around the floor/tub needs to be removed and redone as you can see the black mold popping through. The walls in the bathroom need to be repainted-looks like one coat was applied. Pool was great, hot tub was out of order, breakfast was the best one I’ve seen offered in any hotel I’ve stayed at. Huge flood lights make sleeping in the patio room pretty tough as the door to the patio doesn’t have a black out curtain.

The room itself was nice but we rented a room specifically for the red tap pub on New Years Eve so we wouldn’t have to leave hotel as drinks and bar food was available, upon checkin we were told bar is closed, so not only did we have to leave property to take a cab to a bar and did not get to enjoy our room as we were hardly there.
