The stay was awful. First off, I was charged $550 for the stay after another hotel had failed to hold my reservation. There were bugs everywhere. There was blood stain on the bathroom floor and more blood stains on the bed sheets. We had to change our flight to leave our first thing in the morning because we could not sleep in there. It was a terrible experience.

This had to be the absolute worst roach infested room I have ever stayed. This place is crawling with timy German cockroaches. They were in all the appliances, furniture, and walls. Our food wasn’t even safe in the fridge, and even would pop when you used the microwave. Health department needs to shut them down

I didn’t even stay in the room because I feared my safety. I am trying to get a refund but it’s impossible when booking through a third party. I was harassed by a homeless woman on drugs. She was following to my car calling me names so I jumped I , licked the door and left. Never went to the room that cost me $150. Do not stay here!!

We found the room in the worst condition , the building/rooms have been completely neglected. Ripped carpet, baseboards in bathroom coming off the walls, stains on wall by sink, dust around beside table and headboard . Then to top it off we found a dead cockroach in the sink, within 10 minutes we found a live one in our pizza box and couldn’t eat it . We called to complain and changed rooms to find the conditions the same . You could hear air coming through the entry door so needless was no soundproofing to the outside . DO NOT STAY HERE , this hotel should be removed from Hotels.com! hotels.
