The entire experience was Rosewwod Class, Elegance and Superior Service. The location in Holborn was ideal due to quietness around the hotel but literally minutes to every area in covent garden, london eye, hype park, mayfair etc and the holborn train station is on the corner getting you anywhere you want to be in london in minutes! We celebrated a birthday event at Rosewood London and the attentive staff went above and beyond. They even provided complimentary items which was a huge bonus. Our butler noticed I don’t drink alcohol and promptly brought me a new bottle of non-alcoholic champagne. Clean room, staff was friendly and helpful. Iron was missing and we had to ask and wait for it. Toiletries are one of the thing which was much much below the standards. Who likes to use body wash, handwash and other available stuff all with mint kind of smell. That should be replaced with something better.
