However, staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly when we were looking for a table for 6 at breakfast when the staff went out of their way to oblige, despite the fact that the hotel was otherwise full of MGT owners for their two days away.

No disabled parking, Don’t bother arriving before 15:00 as you will be told that your room is not ready, then at 15:00 you will be in a queue for a room as they are air ready. Breakfast room is too small so you may have a distance to walk carrying your breakfast.

Lovely hotel although it does show signs or wear and tear! The duvet was particularly cheap and nasty and the carpet is threadbare in a lot of places Easy check in and a nice bar Good breakfast apart from the orange juice which has to be the cheapest most unpleasant I have ever drunk (did not drink!)

Nice sized room but windows looked directly out to the lawn where people were milling about so had to have the curtains drawn most of the time. Spoilt the feel of the place as we couldn’t enjoy the view. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was very average, with plain sliced bread for toasting, no fresh fruit and a limited selection of other food

Very hot and stuffy. Positioning of rooms very muddled. No fans available even though parents were in their 90s!! Good order at dinner messed up so much by food not all arriving at once so we could not all eat together. Pie really hard crust and steak asked for medium rare and was totally overcooked. Was given free drink each when we complained but while dinner was a shambles
