Stains and terrible service
Room was gross with stains all over carpet (some appeared fresh) and another on the wall. But no other rooms available to switch to. They asked for pictures (the ones i sent them are attached here), and were supposed to come clean it for three straight days. They would say they're going to, but then we get back every evening to find they did nothing. Each day I'd contact to say nobody showed and they'd tell me "tomorrow". I finally gave up when we only had one day left and said don't bother. They wouldn't even give a partial refund. Gave me $100 credit on a future stay. No thanks.
