Stains and terrible service

Room was gross with stains all over carpet (some appeared fresh) and another on the wall. But no other rooms available to switch to. They asked for pictures (the ones i sent them are attached here), and were supposed to come clean it for three straight days. They would say they're going to, but then we get back every evening to find they did nothing. Each day I'd contact to say nobody showed and they'd tell me "tomorrow". I finally gave up when we only had one day left and said don't bother. They wouldn't even give a partial refund. Gave me $100 credit on a future stay. No thanks.

Challenge to find but comfortable and clean

Once inside the condo it was great other than no tv in the bedroom or hair dryer in the bathroom. Condo was clean, bed was comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked. The only negative I have is the location of the building, the parking and the entrance to the building was a challenge to find

Peaceful

Everything was great. I had to take my wife to Vanderbilt for some test and it was the easiest check in I have ever had. The place was nice and clean and the best was very comfortable. I wish the weather had been a little warmer so we could have enjoyed the balcony, but that’s Mother Nature! It was nice to have everything nice and easy when you are there for a stressful reason,

Once we got the place heated

When we arrived we came in with the windows wide open at 8pm and it was 26 degrees outside. Although someone came and it took a few hours to warm up, the place itself was great. Good location, safe area and plenty of things to do.

Great Experience

This was an amazing option to your average hotel room. The room was located within walking distance of everything. I was there for a visit to Vanderbilt Hospital. It was two blocks away.The room was spacious, quiet, and very clean. Highly recommend this place. Check in and check out was easy.

the apartment was located in a great area easily accessible. the apartment was neat and well maintained, however, i would not recommend it for 2 people given that the sofa sleeper was not comfortable at all. After first night I contacted the team and they came and fixed it somewhat but it was still unleveled and uncomfortable. the room with the double bed was great.

Our stay with Sonder at Belcourt was amazing!! Beautiful room with all the amenities needed, spacious and quite cozy!! We loved the location…right across from the movie theatre and walking distance to numerous restaurants and neat shopping boutiques!! Just perfect!! Also, excellent customer service!! The best!!

Spacious quiet apt for half the hotel price

Extremely comfortable, spacious, and quiet space right in Hillsboro Village! Skip the tourist hotels and enjoy a beautiful homey apartment instead for the half the price. Communication and instructions were great -- no fuss and made my trip a breeze. 10/10 would stay again.

We stayed for 3 nights. The checkin and checkout process is very well detailed. The anytime customer service via text is very comfortable. The only complain we had was there were no hand soap or dish soap provided. May be our requirement was specific to our situation. Will stay in this place again.
