We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Kazusaya and would definitely recommend it. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. They assisted us with luggage forwarding, which made traveling between cities much easier, and they were very accommodating with our schedule, we arrived very late at night and had to check out early in the morning, and everything was handled smoothly and professionally. The location is also very convenient. It was easy to reach different parts of Tokyo, with quick access to areas like Asakusa, Akihabara, and Ginza, all within a short train ride or even walking distance in some cases. Overall, a very pleasant experience with great service and a comfortable stay. We would gladly stay here again.
