Ours was a last minute, late check in, but we were not met with any hostility. Everyone was super kind and the lady at the front desk didnt question my aimless wandering for the ice machine, she just helped me haha. There was a huge free breakfast that generously ends at 1030, and the room was nice and clean! My only two complaints were that the bathroom floor felt oddly greasy on my feet? and our AC would not stay on constant fan. Other than those two small things, i loved this placed and absolutely would not mind returning. PS the pool is nice AND heated :)

Bathroom tub leaked, moved room. Next room, outlet sparking, not safe. Moved again, phone did not work. Buffet had no hot food except waffles. No hot tub like in picture. Pool room, phone hanging off wall. Ladder in pool broken, sprinklers not secure to ceiling.

The staff was very friendly throughout our whole stay. However, the building is showing it's age. The pool was not heated & they do not have a hot tub (even though the website shows a picture of a hot tub.) The bathroom door did not shut all the way. We reported it but maintenance never came to try to fix the door. There was no water pressure in the shower. It was like taking a shower with a garden house. And there were several outlets without a cover. We stayed 4 nights & housekeeping only provided new towels & emptied the trash once.

Felt like false advertising in the photos. The place was falling apart. The tub had a leak and was dripping to the point it was disgusting and we did not feel comfortable standing in there without shower shoes, or even with shower shoes. The toilet tissue holder literally fell out of the wall. There were cracks in the walls, the fridge had mold, the microwave had crusty food inside it, the toiletries were half used, they only put one bath towel and the wash cloths were strewn messily about. The bed was okay, but overall the visit was subpar. The breakfast was lacking and limited, and the coffee machine was broken in the breakfast area so it wasn't really worth us going to try and eat there.

Staff was super rude. Rolled her eyes and hugged and puffed because someone was telling her about a stain on their couch. Also, elevator wasnt working. Needs major updating. Towels were stained. Right by the highway

General maintenance is poor. Toilet paper holder falling out of the wall, doors dont close, a wad of hair is hanging from the fire sprinkler on the ceiling, light bulb blinking- like a short in the wire, pain splattered all over our door. Girl checking is in did fine, just not a very professional presentation

The Comfort Inn is in the middle of renovations. The bed was super comfortable and furnishings nice. There was a large red stain on the carpet, that gave me questions? The bathroom sink and tub had no drain stoppers, and the tub was chipping, and looked a bit rough

2 towels in room for 4 people. Hottub was advertised on site, but had been bricked over, with no announcement on website. Tub had major cracks and chunks missing in porcelain. Desk staff was completely disinterested in any part of the transaction. All around bad experience. Would not recommend.

Under construction, so a lot of things were broken or not finished. The security doors were propped open and the pool door didn't have a lock. Room was nice, but unfinished. Looking forward to trying again after construction!
