Worst Hotel I have ever "stayed" in

I Drove from Lakeland to Miami and for a football game and decided to get a hotel for the night so I didn't have to drive 4 hours after the game. We checked in at 11:00 PM and by the time we made it to the door we were already thinking of leaving. The elevator door took like 20 seconds to open and close like it was a haunted house, the walls have curse words scratched into them and half the lights were flickering like the conjuring was about to spawn in. We got into the room and in the span of 10 minutes we found that we couldn't lock our door, saw a roach crawl on the ground, found mold on the lamp, tv remote non existent, tub filled with mold/rust, and we could hear everyone around us like there was no walls. We decided we would just take the ride home that night cause it honestly was disgusting and we did not feel safe at all. It then took the lady an hour to check out

The hotel was in terrible condition, dirty, even the restrooms in lobby we unusable! We did not check-in, did not stay. Would like a full or at least partial refund!

El peor hotel que eh reservado en mi vida, es un asco de hotel, la peste horrible en la habitación y el techo negro de la humedad, el baño sucio y las losas del piso despegadas y habia moho, la alfombra sucia, la cama rota, moho por tadas partes, el elevador solo podian entrar 4 personas nada mas y las puertas cerraban lentos como si estuviera dañado y las luces parpadeaban como pelicula de terror, nos dieron habitación en el piso 4 y era oscuro que daba miedo y las puertas todas escritas en fin es un hotel que no esta apto para aceptar huespedes y aun asi ponen precios baratos para atraer mas gente.. Por favor si usted reserva aqui va a tener la peor pesadilla de su vida y si no le pone seguro a la estancia perdera su dinero y le recomiendo mejor NO RESERVAR AQUI. Solo estuve 1 hora en lo que conseguia otro hotel para poder irme de este hotel de horror y es tanto asi que estoy haciendo este review y no me deja subir foto para que la gente vea que no es nada lo que ellos muestran.. NO RESERVEN AQUI Y MAS SI TIENEN NIÑO NO LO HAGAN PORQUE EL OLOR A HUMEDAD ES SUPER FUERTE.

WORST HOTEL

The pictures shown in the app are not true to life; the hotel is old, poorly maintained, and completely destroyed; the hallways smell foul, and the rooms are nasty, dirty and look like something out of a horror movie. The service is terrible, and the rates shown are unrealistic. Initially, they offer a low price, but upon check-in, they charge a $25 per day resort fee. It does'nt have sense, paying Resort Fee to a Nasty Hotel without ammenities; that's the hidden fees.

El peor hotel. Y la respuesta de Hotel.com ha sido pésima. En una situación que tiene que ver con salubridad, seguridad y comodidad en un hotel que reservamos a través de su plataforma. No pudimos quedarnos en ese hotel había hasta comida podrida debajo de la consola del aire acondicionada, el deshague de la bañera estaba roto con un gran tornillo por fuera un asunto de seguridad. Hotel.com no se hace para nada responsable del engaño de las fotos que se publican en su plataforma. Nuevamente reitero el interés del reembolso del pago del hotel, no hay forma de ver las condiciones reales del hotel hasta que llegas allí, esa política de reembolso solo cuando se solicita 24 horas antes es injusta y no es para nada objetiva. Las camas, alfombras estaban húmedas y olían abombao. Las paredes tenían hongo negro. Una estadía de terror que hotel.com se ha hecho que no es su responsabilidad cuando es a través de su plataforma que se completan las reservaciones y después no quieren responder.

Rather drive home

Where do we start. Check in was. At 4:00. Yes I get I was early 3:40 to be exact. $50 to check in 15 mins early? If I was made aware I would’ve paid $50 and checked in at 8am early. Proceed to stand at the desk until 4:01 to finally get check in. The lobby was a mess renovations going on so every old piece of furniture is stacked in the lobby. Used mattresses being unloaded from U-Haul trucks not wrapped or in plastic lining. ALL NIGHT THE ELEVATOR WAS SO OBNOXIOUSLY LOUD IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO SLEEP. IT DIDNT STOP IT WAS ALL DAY AS WELL SO THATS THAT. WOULD NEVER STAY AGAIN. PICTURES ARE DECEIVEING. PRICE MATCHES QUAILTY of stay 114$

Awful if I could give 0 stars I would 1 is too generous for this piece of trash place mold on roof toilets wouldn’t flush everything is run down and dirty and manager is rude said “ you’re probably here bc you can’t afford anywhere else “ hope this place gets shut down it needs to the elevators are rough and there’s so much more I can only type here doesn’t even look like photos and don’t offer refunds btw

Run-catfish hotel

Hotel was nothing short of terrible. Paid affirmed $20 at property with an affirm al $59 to check in 1 1/2hr early. You’re lucky if your parking is not in the dark sketchy alley way. Walking in the hotel, the doors don’t properly work, the lobby is ground to ceiling with dirty stinky furniture, checking in through the only glass window, you patiently get dripped on with water by a leak, the elevator door does not even close all the way to give you a view all the way up (if it even works- broken min into stay) if not you have to move your way through filthy furniture to go in the stinky stairwell up to your room only to find thekey does not even work. The door barks shirts. The smell of the room and uncleanliness is nothing short of disgusting, no toilet seat, you are provided only 3 throw pillows, 1 towel to share for hands and body… for all staying. No phone to call desk, tv did not work. Long story short all in all terrible all the way around and walked right out.

Just a friendly advice

The room 707 had a poorly appearance. I will let the pictures talk for itself. The staff was good no complaints about them. Now I was told all 1 Queen bed rooms are near the elevators. I'm not saying you may have the same problem but room 707 is on the last floor. In that room you constantly hear a loud noise like somebody is drilling or working on the roof but it's none of that is the elevator when it goes up or when it goes down. If you are a light sleeper like in my case it's not going to work for you at all. I'm just really glad that I was just there one night. That room appearance was not what I was expecting. The parking and the entrance to the building was safe.

No ice vending machines worked. None of the air conditioners inside the hallways or the lobby worked. Lamps didn't work or looked like they came from a trap house. Terrible place never again.
