I booked this room with hotels.com for a one night with my family. The room was extremely affordable and I knew not to expect much of the location. Upon arriving the woman in the lobby was not welcoming or friendly. She said my room was over 700 dollars which I did not agree to on the hotels.com app. The hotel stated they have the right to adjust the room rate but that is certainly not what I paid for. They were not accommodating and expected me to pay for that rate. I asked for my license back and left. I did not stay and would not be able to say anything else about this experience

Horrible hotel I didn’t know people leave there with the family. The hallways smells soon as elevator pray you don’t get stuck change room and both time and both room were horrible omg why are they still open needs to Tear down at this point. Mold walls no one dust rooms. I had to Clean and sanitize the room just baste RUN

Nice Beds.

Where to begin..The photos shown are not how this place looks now inside and out!! Old external paint, medium lighting, outside dirty looking. Lobby..Spacious with one place to sit, No shine on floors or old wood. (not like the photo). Elevator can take 4 people, IF the outside door closes. Room. Spacious, one 1960 school chair with matching table. Futon sofa, microwave, TV, dresser and mini fridge sitting on drawer cabinet, both worked. No phone, 1 towel, wash cloth. No Iron and the board did not work..back to front desk. Air condition has duct tape around for sealant, drapes are torn and falling down. The beds were the best thing of the room. Cancelling at this time would have cost the complete price paid for. Switching rooms we had to wait 8:30 am, Could not do because of plans. Had to go to front desk for extra towels. After hours lobby person was pleasant and helpful but Security had to take iron from another room. (no house keeping working). Over all, only got to hotel to sleep.

Picturea of property are not accurate at all. Front desk service workers are nonchalant and rude. Television doest work, one towel amd raf in room Hoodlums hanging around property. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE FOR YOUR OWN SANITY

Not a good experience

I really had a bad experience the worst experience I’ve had staying at any hotel and I travel a lot. There were no towels in the bathroom. There was no ice machine. The floors were dirty. I had to wear socks. I had to put down stuff to keep my feet from getting filthy the hallway was filthy. it was supposed to be a non-smoking Facility, but the smell of marijuana drove me crazy elevators needed maintenance. The walls are cracking. The bathroom was musty and enough said..

Don't stay here.

Awful place. Looks like it's ready for demolition. 2 towels, no washcloths, no hand towels. No water glasses. Very thin sheet and blanket. A lot of the ground floor is torn up. I could go on and on but hopefully the situation is clear. The online photos look NOTHING like the current condition.

Not what it looks like in real life. Old pictures.

Does not look like the pictures at all, the furniture was not existing, the bed were on the floor the bathrooms door will not close, everything is old and outdated needs to be repainted and remodel all the walls and structure needs to be repair theres holes on the wall amd paint filling apart, scratches and people's names carved all over from the elevator to the rooms, and no illumination on the rooms other than 1 little lamp.

Very basic room

Price was cheap so was not expecting much. Old & tired decor. Not dirty but lots of repairs needed (holes in drywall or missing baseboards, etc). Bed seemed new, pillows were cheap. Only given one towel. Toilet paper was missing but front desk replenished it. TV was only addition. No fridge or coffee pot. But shower pressure and water temp were phenomenal on 3rd floor.

No nos quedamos porque el hotel estaba muy sucio y había gente en la recepción que se estaba quejando de lo mismo y quería su dinero de vuelta. Yo solicité pago al llegar y al comentar que no me quedaba me dijo la señora se recepción que no había problema. Que no harían cargos. A los dos días me llego el cargo y no me lo han devuelto

Do not go here

I never stayed here. I went. Lady was on phone and told me to wait. I really felt unsafe and it was a nasty hotel. I left and drove home instead of staying. I tried to call the front desk to cancel and they never answered the phone. The worst experience, ever. I never even checked in.
