You really can’t beat the location right behind the beach and walking distance to PB restaurants. This is an older property with a face lift so if you’re searching for luxury or amenities galore, then this may not be the place for you. The staff is accommodating and attentive. Spacious King suite with full size kitchen table in a separate dining room and full kitchenette.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The price was the room was fair considering the location and access to everything the great area has to offer. Clean, simple rooms, everything you need for a stay in Pacific Beach. Walking distance to surfboard rentals and the beach always has good waves. I will be staying again when I am in the area. Nice pool and hot tub as well.

Husband and I stayed for a 3 day weekend. Hotel was centrally located within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Overall our room was clean, however one of the queen beds seemed to slump on one side. It didn't really matter so much to us though because we didn't spend much time in our room. Only to sleep and shower really. Overall would stay again if we found ourselves needing a place to stay in that area.

They charge $10 plus tax for parking with no guarantee that you will have a parking spot. We had to park on the street overnight when we returned from dinner but still had to pay the parking fee. We were assigned room 115 which is literally right off of the street. It is outside of all security gates to the property. The only thing separating us from everyone walking on the sidewalk is the door to our room. Not ideal for a restful night of sleep. Paid $250+ with Hotels.com advance reservation. Not worth it.
