Better than it Looks but Just

This property has seen better days and good luck seeing the room numbers at night. The daily room cleaning could only be described as bizarre (bed not made, wet towel across the bed lined. Hotel has a ridiculous instruction that requires guest to clean and dry any plates or cutlery (health & safety risk with that rule. But rooms are well appointed and TV's are huge.

I've stayed at alot of Hotels and normally at The Oaks and I think that this bed and linen and pillows was the comfiest yet!! Nice big size smart tv, renovated rooms,quiet,safe great value and the breakfast they provide you in you're room is pretty damn good!

The carpet needs replacing, it’s old and stained. The bed and linen was good. There seems to be people that permanently live in some rooms at the property so having them sit outside smoking etc a lot of the night wasn’t so great and is offputting.

The Manager walked out, took keys as we drove in with several other guests in theur cars at 2pm check in. Told to wait till 3:20pm; all returned,,told no manager no keys to office. Chef took over, used his initiatives to get door open and let us all in. Very nice and good accommodation. Liked it. Despite the management the room was nicely made ready. Dye to all that happened there were no face towels, no bath mats. The second bedroom had loud noise from aircon so switched off but one in big bedroom was good enough for the whole accommodation. Will return to the international motel inn. Hope they sort the Management out before then. Excellent location. Wonderful kitchen staff who took over and helped the guulests into the accommodation!

The staff were accommodating and helpful. Great location with excellent undercover parking. Walking distance to takeaway food. We booked this venue because it had a pool. The pool was dirty and there was dog poo inside the fenced area. The spa had been emptied and was obviously not inuse. Was told later the electrics were faulty! The new managers that have taken over will need to get their attention to detail in order quickly.

This was one of the worst motels I have stayed at. The sheets were dirty and the towels were still wet. The grounds were very unkepr and the pool was not inviting. Water was cloudy and dirty. With the spa cover on bird poo with a puddle of water in the bottom. Very very overpriced for what you get. The photos of the motel are very misleading, with the rooms very worn and outdated.
