The room smelled horrible as did the lobby and the halls. The staff was nice but their listing doesn't tell you that there is a $100 deposit when you check in. Reading reviews, most say they don't even get it back. The breakfast was a joke as it states biscuits and gravy, eggs and cereal. They did have two cereals, but no milk.

For starters I was surprised for the type of hotel well motel I should say. collecting $100.00 for incidentals is way too much for the type of hotel. My stay was this past Friday when I checked out and today is Tuesday. I travel a lot and stay in a lot of hotels. and today I checked out of a Best Western and they also hold $100.00 for incidentals and was put back into my account same day, and Americans Best Value Inn still holding the $100.00 from last week. I will keep checking hoping they will return the 100.00 so if you stay at this hotel make sure, they return the incidentals that they are holding. The bathroom was dirty found a used soap in the tub and the sheets have a funny smell and wrinkled.

Room was okay and fairly clean. Door to room was paper thin and the smell of marijuana in the hall was sickening. Room had no chairs, no phone, and one towel for three adult occupants. Window was cracked so the negative 5 degree weather was a little chilly - the heat did work but had a difficult time keeping up.
