對住宿的整體都好滿意，只係地點交通比較不方便，需要自駕游。 但是對貴公司所提意的Tiger Airline的職員由Brisbane回Sydney，她指我旳手提行李重，但是我地三個人只帶一個約6.5Kg. 我收到你的Email寫明女人手袋及背包都不計在手提行李的重量內，她堅持所有帶上機都要計算。同時我們發覺她只係檢查亞洲人，有種類其事的可能性。我們同佢講理由，她說佢講話係就係，唔好同佢爭拗，希望貴公司向Tiger Airline反映，他們的員工使我以後都不會乘佢哋任何航機。

It was impossible to sleep well in the main bedroom. The blind needed for the patio doors out to the balcolny had been ripped off. Every morning we were woken to the blinding sunlight streaming in. We discovered on the first night it was because the aircon was broken. It dripped when we turned it on - it's why the blind had been taken down. So it was also boiling hot with the sun streaming in all day from sunrise. In particular, we were disappointed that as soon as the Easter holiday ended someone came up to attend to it first thing. Which means they already knew there was a problem before we arrived, and still gave us the apartment anyway. We could have been re-assigned, and if not, at least informed or offered a discount.

Appearances may deceive

Bridgewater is well located with restaurants close by. The CBD is also walkable distance. The outside of the building plus the lifts and common areas ( hallways/ lobby) were 4 star standard and very clean, however, the unit I booked desperately needs renovation and I would only rate it 3 stars. While the unit was spacious with comfortable furnishings the carpet needs replacing as do the kitchen cabinets and cupboards throughout. The windows were dirty although this may have been due to TC Alfred affecting the cleaning schedule.

The room was totally refurbished, it had a fantastic view. We could still smell the new carpet, the kitchen was equipped and washer and dryer for clothes. The room was quiet amd the pool awesome to swim in. The staff accommodated us with complimentry parking. Close to the river and catching the city cat. I would definitely stay here again in Kangaroo point and at this accommodation.

Poor Service

Mattress was saggy & uncomfortable . We stayed 7 nights & not once was our room made . Towles were never replaced, toilet paper & soap not replenished. We were busy during most days & the service counter was always closed when we were there .

Semester i QLD och Brisbane. Kangaroo Point är perfekt, ligger mitt i stan men ändå i ett lugnt område. Lätt att ta sig till city med gratis färja. Mycket bea och lugnt boende, fin trägård och perfekt pool

2 Night weekend stay

Bridgewater apartments is in a great location for easy access to the city, and has a very nice pool. The apartment we had was quite tired, and in need of a good clean. There was lots of dust behind the bedside tables, hair on the bathroom floor, and the grout in the shower needs to be redone as it is very discoloured by Mould. Commnication is average, I phoned as per instructions to advice o0f a late check out, i was told that they were very busy and that they would call back tomorrow to provide instructions, they never did. Due to afterhours check in, they charged my credit card prior to arrival and added an additional Linen charge. When I questioned it at check in with the afterhours attendant, he said that earlier management must have made a mistake, and refunded it - I am sure they thought they could get away with an additional charge as I wasn't there is person to pay! I went to use the BBQ area to cook breakfast on our last morning, however it was locked and there is a $ charge for gas if you can get in.

Fantastic Location

The apartment is in a fantastic location. Close to ferries, eateries, convenience stores, bottle shop. Our apartment was comfortable, but a bit dated and in need of some TLC. Nice big balcony and view of the river. Great to have the washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher.

Nice but not brilliant

Television only got channel 9 . The managers tried to fix it but no luck. Room was not serviced.I had to go and ask for towels and coffee, milk suga and was handed towels at reception. No apology.

Great location with great views!

Great stay with fabulous views of Story Bridge and river. Apartments could do with a Reno especially bathrooms which were quite old and mouldy. Perhaps new bedding/mattresses too. Other than that, we do recommend and will be happy to stay there again.
