. Hotel location and parking is excellent. Food is terrible. Frying sausages is not rocket science but seemed like one. Coffee was like colored water. Juice is so watered down.

Not a nice stay

First i didn't get the two connecting rooms that i reserved. My sister is 88 years old and we needed the extra space bathroom to care for her during our stay. The room was not very clean. Carpet stained and sofa had stains. There were lots of dogs throughout hotel. I don't like cohabitating with animals. Some guest had thier dogs in eating area and on couches in lobby. You should have a specific floor or rooms for pet owners. When i checked in the host looked me up by last name therefore the room that i reserved for my sister didn't show up inder my name. I tried to give the young lady my intenerary number to look it up but she never put in the number and said we only had one room. The next morning i inquired with the next person on duty and she said she had the room pop up as a no show. I reserved the rooms under one reservation. During booking it asked me who was staying in the room. My sister has a different last name so it didn't come up. If she had just put in the number she would have seen that we had two rooms. Unfortunately we were unable to get connecting rooms at the time which we really needed. I was offered a room at the other end of hall but like i said my sister is 88 years old and needs our constant assistance so that wouldn't work. Highly disappointed in the facility and our stay.

Just ok.

It was ok. Power outage middle of the night, Saturday night, must have taken out one of the elevators. The outage was no fault of the hotel, however, Monday morning, the cleaning staff kind of took over the remaining elevator. Took forever to get back to room after breakfast. Would have used the stairs but i was taking a luggage cart to my room. Cleaning staff wouldn't allow us on the elevator with them. Breakfast, which was like most hotels, was sub par.

Could have been better

We stayed one night over the weekend and it is a decent hotel even though the neighborhood is a bit sketchy. We had an incident in the middle of the night with a wide spread power outage that had us evacuating the hotel that I felt needed to be handled differently but I guess there is not enough staff at that time of night. It took 45 minutes standing outside for the staff to address the situation, maybe they were actually checking each floor for guests that did not evacuate but I doubt it because from the parking lot, we could see guests watching us out their windows. When the staff did address us, he gave the all clear before the fire alarms had even been turned off. I don't feel this decision should have been on the hotel staff but rather the fire department that showed up 5 minutes after we all were told we could go back to our rooms. Luckily the weather was decent enough that sleeping without power after that was not an issue. In the morning, the woman at the front desk was rude about the situation and said her supervisor did not approve any sort of discount on our stay. I probably would not choose to stay at this hotel again, mainly due to the higher cost for the service. There are much nicer hotels in the area for the same or less price.
