The hotel is overall a bit old, but it is well kept and up to standard. Location is good and price is reasonable. Parking is a bit expensive (£40 per night). When I was the staff to help me find the way to the carpark she just turned away to pick up a phone, luckily another staff helped me immediately. Just a bit shocked for the first staff as I didn't expect it in Mariott.

Pros: - Pleasant room and lobby area - Lots of free parking around on the road - Comfortable bed - Lovely shower and toiletries provided - Good breakfast Cons: - The pool was poor and not as advertised. The photos look very appealing. The pool was in a cramped room, water was cloudy and there was muck up the walls. This was the main reason we chose this hotel so was disappointing for us - The room next to us obviously had someone smoking cannabis in it which made the hallway smell - We didn't have any tea/coffee in our room bit did have a kettle. Assume this was a mistake Overall, for a Marriott hotel and the price this hotel was not as expected

We stayed for a week, in that time the fire alarm rang four times. The first was a test that we were told about, the next three were not. Only one person can connect to WiFi without paying and they have to be a Marriott member. Outside the hotel there were constant protest and police sirens, and it takes about 40 minutes by bus to get to Oxford Street. The surrounding area is not nice and seems unsafe. The pool was not in the building, but around the corner and difficult to fint. As some staff were kind some were also rude, and it took over an hour after requested to get more toilet paper. The room was big and it had a nice shower and shower products were nice. You are not able to open the window and can barely adjust the thermostat. The TV only showed YouTube. The employees once went in to our room even though we had the “privacy please” sign on. Close to supermarkets (Tescos express and Aldi). Overall an ok stay.

Firstly, great sized room by London standards and very clean. The hotel is within 3 minutes walk from Kilburn High Rd station so is super convenient. The welcome and reception was first class and we'll certaiblt stay again.
