Check in was quick and straightforward. The room was very clean, the air conditioner worked perfectly, but the coffee pot could have used a cleaning, and the in-room refrigerator did not seem to work. The location is great as it is close to the metro and trolley lines. Overall, the room was comfortable and I would recommend it to others.

Great place to stay.

Great place to stay, very close to tram stops to get you anywhere you need to go in Milan. Great communication with details of checking in and location. Would highly recommend

8/10 非常棒

Check in time consuming when you have to go to one place for your keys but that’s not actually the hotel. Access to M5 metro only a 5 minute walk so easy to get around which is good as not much in the immediate vicinity. Room basic and minimal. Beds made but nothing else attended to. Good for a base but not spending any time in

Buena hubicacion, pero hace falta que la base de la cama se cambie para que no rechine en cada movimiento. Falta que en el área de regadera exista algo para colocar los shampoos y ofrece cocina que no se puede usar en absoluto.

White Ribbon was a very nice place to stay, the rooms were very clean and check in was very easy. Our only issue was with the air conditioner that did not work in our room. We would stay again

The room was renovated and clean. Towels and toiletries provided. Daily cleaning service. Smooth check-in procedure. The check-in office is in another building accross the street but it is very close, like 1 minute walk.

First time staying at this property, but the whole experience was really good. The check in was easy, with clear messaging before we arrived of where to go and the member of staff gave clear instructions on how to find the property/ room we were staying in. The use of key boxes really helped. The location was great, as not right in the centre, be really good access links via the metro. The only small issue was the toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall. Using WhatsApp to message the reception was really good, we had to use it once to get some more toilet roll, which they delivered

6/10 不错

Stanza molto confortevole, bagno molto spazioso e completo.

Wrong address. Difficult to find it. Too noise and bed is single bed too small to fit. No clean each days. Roomtoo dirty

6/10 不错

It is important to understand that this is not a "hotel". There are two ground floor rooms (metal bars on the windows) with an intermediate kitchen area, access by code on the doors. There is a daily clean, bed being made, but no other "hotel" facilities. The front entrance on the road has a very discouraging appearance.

Very good location close to metro, tram bus but the wifi did not work at all although I told them about it and they didn’t do anything. Quite expensive for a guesthouse. The room was ok and we had hot water and a kettle with coffee and tea. They provide lockers to leave your luggage but the check out is too early 10.00 am sharp they came to kick us out. The check in is late too 15.00. Good area with a supermarket close by, restaurants and cafes. Sometimes there is a fair with clothes and local food just outside on the street and there was noise starting 5am. But we enjoyed the fair/outlet very much. Air conditioning working very good without noise.
