All of staff including breakfast crew are absolutely kind and polite. I assume their company policy would work well internally, all staff make smile for guests/visitors all the time. I do storongly recommend this hotel, SUPER HOTEL tho I've already stayed this hotel in other places as 5 times.

Amazing! Staff are very warm and helpful. Location is right after we exit at the station south exit. Lots of restaurants nearby. 7-11 and Lawson are right beside the hotel. We bought lots of cooked food at Foodway after check in at 6 pm for dinner. Onsen is another bonus.

The hotel was very conveniently located near the subway station. While we only stayed for one night, the staff was able to care for our luggage before check in and after check out to allow us to see the surrounding area. There was also a bath in the building which was very nice.

Overall very good. 1:Very friendly staff and Hospitality 2:Location is very good. Easy access to Fujisawa station. 3:There are Japanese bath in the hotel 2nd floor. 4:Laundry is in 2nd floor . Only 200JPY for washing . Dryer is free of charge. 5:Breakfast is good. You can enjoy "Shirasu(Boiled Baby sardine) " which is specialty of Fujisawa area. This is really good choice if you stay Fujisawa.

交通方便在車站附近,是三條鐵路交匯處。附近有兩座購物商場, 還有很多食肆可以選擇。酒店清潔新淨,有多種枕頭可供選擇 。有免費早餐提供, 雖然選擇不多但味道可以 ,下午還有自助免費咖啡奶茶提供。 有自助付費洗衣房,美中不足是這間酒店房間非常之細小狹窄, 而且只有一部電梯上落,等電梯的時間比較長。

Very clean hotel. User-friendly room facilities. However, it is very inconvenient and difficult for people with disabilities. Close to Fujisawa Station (JR, Enoden, Odakyu), convenient for going to Kamakura, Enoshima and the Tokai region. Family Mart and Lawson are almost next door. There is a post office right in front, and major banks and Seven Bank ATM are within walking distance, so you don't have to worry when you need cash.

大浴場が小さめではありましたが、TVで混雑状況を知ることが出来る為、 お風呂に行くタイミングをはかれる所が良かったです。 年末の忙しい時期という事もあり朝食ビュッフが混んでいて、席が空のを待っているお客様さんが多くいらっしゃいました。 部屋に持って帰って食事が出来るようお弁当箱などを用意があってもいいのかと思います。

お世話になりました 綺麗で、朝食は美味しかったのですが部屋が狭い！無理やりベットを追加したのでしょう。荷物を広げる場所もない。大浴場も、脱衣所、お風呂もう少し広いと思いました 連休中だったので、満室 それだけの宿泊客は想定してないかのような作りです ロビー、朝食会場 8時過ぎには10人以上が並んでいました 混んでない時に、ゆっくりお風呂、朝ごはん食べて満喫したいです お世話になりました
