一泊二日程度の短期宿泊にはいいと思います。長期滞在にはおすすめしません。部屋に滞在したくても、清掃を望む場合は10時から15時まで強制的に部屋の外に出されます。何か理由があり長時間部屋に滞在する必要がある場合には避けた方が無難なホテルです。ランドリールームも基本故障していて使用できません。また、女性従業員はしっかりと教育を受けているようですが、男性のフロントスタッフはとても感じが悪かったです。何を質問しても「ルールですので」としか答えてもらえず、とても残念な気持ちになりました。立地はとても便利なので、サービスに期待せず利用する分にはいいと思います。

予約した部屋と異なる部屋にされていましたが、変更していただけました。 いつも狭いですが、駅から近くて便利で清潔、美味しくて適度な朝食付きのスーパーホテルは　やはりいいですね。 しかしここのスーパーホテルは温泉や大浴場がなかったのが残念でした。 また、東京に予定がある時はコスパ最高なので利用させていただきたいです。

Shin koiwa istasyonuna 2 dk yürüme mesafesinde konumu güzel bi yer. Otel personeli güler yüzlü ve yardımcı oldu. Ancak odalar çok tozluydu her gün temizlenmesine rağmen tv nin arkasında hep tozlar vardı. Bundan çok rahatsız oldum oda küçüktü ama yinede sadece uyumaya geldiğimiz için idare ettik.

My son and I loved our stay here. We both loved the breakfast and variety of options offered. It was a little farther from the city than I thought, but the train station was just minutes away and easy to get to all the places we wanted to visit. The rooms were a bit small but we didn’t mind. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Tokyo!

My favorite part about this hotel was the front desk staff. They were very kind and friendly and even though they didn't speak English, they tried their best to use translate apps and to be helpful. The breakfast buffet was a nice added extra benefit to staying at this location. I also really appreciated the short walk from the train station. Having said that, however, in order to get to the property, we had to walk down some narrow streets (almost alleyways) that were overcrowded with bicycles and had a lot of trash setting out. Additionally, it was difficult to find the front entrance to the hotel as it was tucked around the corner behind some sort of gaming shop on the first floor. The elevator was small and cramped.
