The hotel is divided into different sections: the reception is located on one side of the street together with the restaurant and the pool area facing the sea, while the actual rooms are on the other side of the road. The area where the rooms are located feels rather dull and worn down, but the room itself was both clean and fresh (it was actually the cleanest room we had during our four-week trip through Thailand), which really elevated the whole experience. We stayed one floor up with a small balcony overlooking trees and the mountains. The housekeeping staff cleaned daily, and if cleaning was not needed, they always left a bag on the door with toilet paper and a bottle of water. The pool area has an incredible view of the sea, the harbor, and all the boats coming in and out of Phi Phi. However, the staff working in the restaurant by the pool were extremely tired and disengaged. No one cleared around the pool or removed old plates or glasses from previous guests, even though there was nothing else to do. If you wanted to order something, you had to go to the restaurant yourself, and even to order a soda, the request somehow had to go through four different staff members. Aside from that, the accommodation was extremely good value for money and very affordable for what you get. I would strongly recommend it. Note: Three nights on this island is more than enough

Women who menstruate, do not stay at this hotel during your period! They charged me 2,000 baht for a sheet I accidentally stained because of my period. I researched online and found that a 400-thread-count cotton sheet costs 800 baht! I tried to speak to the manager, but he refused to listen to me and wouldn't show me the receipt from the specialized laundry, nor even the stained sheet after it was washed. I felt cheated, both as a woman and as a customer. I've stayed at this hotel four times, and this time was a disaster!! Besides the imposed fine, the room had cockroaches and the water pressure decreased at night. It took patience to shower, as the water pressure changed constantly during the shower. I still think the pool area is wonderful and the staff service is wonderful. Except for the management, who failed me. I felt cheated as a woman!!! I wanted to pay a fair price for the sheet and not be punished for menstruating.

O quarto é bastante confortável e a localização excelente. Oferecem água, chaleira e repelente. Chegamos antes do check in nos deixaram ficar com as bagagens na recepção. A área de piscina e restaurante tem uma vista maravilhosa, estava muito limpa. Porém, não há banheiro na recepção e os quartos ficam distantes da rrecepção.

No fue agradable la verdad, la habitación si es similar a fotos, pero las camas no tenían buen soporte, colchones malos. El baño estaba como en obra gris, yo me he confiado por ver las fotos de un baño diferente con "acabados". Al rededor del hotel están edificios abandonados, abajo del área verde tienen mucha basura. It honestly wasn’t a pleasant experience. The room does look like the photos, but the beds didn’t have good support and the mattresses were bad. The bathroom looked unfinished, kind of like it was still under construction. I trusted the photos because they showed a different bathroom with “finishes.” Around the hotel there are abandoned buildings, and below the green area there’s a lot of trash. I do not recommend it. No lo recomiendo.
