Ok, if you don't mind the smell of cigars!

Customer Service was great, Magda was friendly and attentive. The building itself is OK but the moment you enter the reception area of the hostal you can smell cigarette smoke. The smell in the rooms can be stronger although there are windows in the room, the smell prevails. I personally had a headache the nights we stayed. My sinuses were congested and my throat was extremely dry.

hotel sencillo ideal para estancias breves

Es un hostal sencillo, un poco anticuado, pero suficiente para una estancia breve. La habitación individual es bastante pequeña, con una venta y puerta con vista a un patio interior sin persiana y con cortina que no oscurece la habitación cuando amanece. Cuenta con baño completo muy pequeño, en la habitación hay cama, un par de repisas a modo de mesillas y mesa, percheros en la parte de atrás de la puerta y en una pared junto a la cama, tiene calefacción que está puesta en todo momento, el baño tiene toallas, jabón y gel, y esta todo muy limpio. La recepcionista muy amable y cortés,

Bom lugar, mas tem melhorias.

Foi uma boa estadia, a recepção foi boa o ambiente estava limpo, mas cheirava um pouco a cigarro, as camas eram confortáveis e chuveiro era bom, no entanto o chuveiro não esquentou antes das oito da manhã.

They messed up our reservation. Of the 3 night stay, we had a teeny-tiny room with a single bed & no A/C offered to us for the first night because they weren't expecting us! I had the reservation in hand to prove that we should have been expected. After an hour of deliberation on their part, they reimbursed us 200 Euros for the first night. They would not allow my husband to sleep on the couch in the front , so he had to be in the same room with me on a little tiny bed . He got no sleep and I got very little. We told them we were leaving the next morning and expected a full refund. They refused . They said it was our decision not to stay there the next two nights when there would be a two-bedroom room available. We would have left the first night, except there was an event in Madrid and nothing was available. I will say, the person that was staffed that night was very apologetic.
